Trump's brain COLLAPSES, confuses Kamala & Nikki Haley
In a recent speech in Charlotte, North Carolina, Donald Trump appeared confused and disoriented, repeatedly mixing up Kamala Harris and Nikki Haley's positions. Trump mistakenly attributed remarks about raising the retirement age to Kamala Harris, when it was Nikki Haley who had made those comments. Throughout the speech, he struggled with his words, notably using "impotent" instead of "abortion," and repeatedly mispronouncing Kamala Harris's name. Trump also bizarrely praised the fictional character Hannibal Lecter, seemingly conflating the concept of "asylum" in immigration contexts with "insane asylums." He wrongly accused Harris of being against the Jewish people, despite her Jewish husband, Doug Emhoff. Trump also criticized Harris for not attending a speech by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, without acknowledging that J.D. Vance, who also missed the event, was on the campaign trail. As Democrats swap out their presidential candidate, Donald Trump and his rallies remain as confused, lie-riddled, and unhinged as ever.
Biden does the thing Trump would never do
In his recent Oval Office address, President Joe Biden announced his decision not to seek re-election, citing a need for new leadership to continue the work of strengthening American democracy. He spoke from the heart, expressing his deep reverence for the office and the country's founding principles, referencing past presidents like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Biden emphasized that the role of president is about serving the American people and working towards a more perfect union. He highlighted the current inflection point in history, urging the nation to choose unity, honesty, and democracy over division and hate. Biden concluded by expressing his gratitude to the American people, emphasizing that the power to preserve democracy lies in their hands. His message underscored the importance of collective action and faith in the nation's capacity to overcome challenges together.
From yesterday’s show:
SHOCK POLL: Kamala +4 over TRUMP!
Kamala Harris is leading Donald Trump by four points in a new Reuters/Ipsos poll. However, it's important to note that this poll is an early indicator, and the average of polls doesn't yet reflect a consistent lead for Harris. In a head-to-head matchup, Harris leads Trump 44-42, but the lead extends to four points when Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is included in a three-way poll. This polling data is particularly noteworthy as it suggests Harris is performing better than Joe Biden did at a similar stage. The potential for changes in voter sentiment remains high, as people are still learning about Kamala Harris. The poll's results have sparked discussions about the implications for the Republican campaign, with some suggesting that Trump's support may be peaking. There are predictions that the race between Harris and Trump could tighten further as more polling data becomes available post-Biden's announcement to step aside.
From yesterday’s show:
TRUMP FAIL: JD Vance 1st VP with negative favorability in 44 years
J.D. Vance is the first vice-presidential candidate with a net negative favorability rating since 1980. His selection has raised questions about his potential impact on Donald Trump's campaign. Vance's unfavorable rating exceeds his favorable rating by six percentage points, a stark contrast to the average vice-presidential candidate's popularity rating, which typically has a positive net of 19 points. Critics argue that Vance does not expand Trump's electorate and may not help secure votes in key states like Arizona and North Carolina. Some reports suggest that Trump initially considered Doug Burgum as his running mate, who might have been a less controversial choice. The decision to choose Vance, potentially influenced by Trump's kids, could be a consequential move. There is speculation that Vance's unpopularity might not only fail to bolster Trump's campaign but could also actively detract from it, potentially leading to a more challenging re-election bid for Trump.
