Elon Musk TURNS ON TRUMP, MAGA-TWITTER Triggered
Elon Musk and Donald Trump are now publicly feuding after a short-lived love affair. At a recent rally, Trump spoke about how the deal for Musk to buy Twitter fell through. Trump claimed that, “[Elon] said the other day, ‘oh I’ve never voted for a Republican.’ I said, ‘I didn’t know that.’ He told me he voted for me. So he’s another bullsh*t artist but he’s not going to be buying [Twitter].” Musk responded to a Twitter post of this clip, simply saying “not true.” Elon later elaborated, saying, “I don’t hate the man, but it’s time for Trump to hang up his hat & sail into the sunset. Dems should also call off the attack – don’t make it so that Trump’s only way to survive is to regain the Presidency.” Both Trump and Musk are opportunists who will ingratiate themselves with whomever they find to be useful at any particular time. For a year or so, there was crossover between the fans of these two guys, but now it looks like that mutual benefit has come to an end.
Biden Approval COLLAPSES, Most Dems DON'T Want Biden in 2024
Joe Biden’s approval rating has collapsed and now he’s having trouble getting Democrats to support him for re-election. A new poll from The New York Times and Siena College says that 64% of Democratic voters would prefer a different nominee than Biden in the 2024 race. The FiveThirtyEight average for Biden’s approval rating sits at 38.6% with 55.9% of the country disapproving of his job as president. This is basically a reversal of the high approval numbers Biden enjoyed during the first six months of his presidency. It was already not seeming super likely that Biden was going to run for a second term, given that he would be 82 years old on Inauguration Day 2025. These low approval numbers, even within members of his own party, may push Biden decisively in the direction of choosing not to run again.

WHOA: Mayo-Brained Fox News Host Crushed by Pete Buttigieg
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg went on Fox News Sunday and once again put on a clinic for how to conduct oneself during an adversarial news interview. The host, Mike Emanuel, asked Pete whether it was appropriate for his husband Chasten to put out a tweet about Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh having to leave a steakhouse through the back door to avoid running into pro-choice protesters. The tweet in question read, “sounds like he just wanted some privacy to make his own dining decisions.” Pete responded to the question by pointing out that public officials will never be “free from criticism or peaceful protest, people exercising their First Amendment rights.” Emmanuel did his best to repeat the question, but it once again fell flat with Buttigieg providing a perfect answer pointing out the distinction between violent rioting (like what happened on January 6, 2021) and peaceful protest.

Fox News: There Might Be TOO MANY Jobs
Fox News is now warning that there may be too many jobs, using the recent strong jobs report as a way to attack the Joe Biden economy. The right-wing TV network put up a graphic labeled “America’s Unemployment Crisis” and showed that there were 11.3 million job openings but only 5.9 million unemployed people. Fox suggested that this is a problem because all of the job openings could mean there’s more inflation to come. This is because the more people that are working means the more people who can buy goods and services. If more people want to buy the same limited number of things, it can lead prices to go up due to the law of supply and demand. There is a kernel of truth in that, and a balance between strong numbers and controlled inflation brings about the best economy. But it’s obvious that if the job market was collapsing and the latest numbers showed vast amounts of people getting laid off, Fox would go after Biden for that as well.
