Trump PANICKING, predicts ANOTHER arrest "any day now"
Donald Trump continues to panic about the possibility of being put behind bars, as more criminal indictments loom. The failed former president went on Truth Social this week and posted, “I assume that an Indictment from Deranged Jack Smith and his highly partisan gang of Thugs, pertaining to my ‘PEACEFULLY & PATRIOTICALLY Speech, will be coming out any day now, as yet another attempt to cover up all of the bad news about bribes, payoffs, and extortion, coming from the Biden ‘camp.’ This seems to be the way they do it. ELECTION INTERFERENCE! PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT!” Trump also wrote, “The Radical Left Democrat Thugs shouldn’t be allowed to investigate me during, and in the middle of, my campaign for President. Why didn’t they file these ridiculous charges 2.5 years ago? They waited because they wanted to illegally and negatively influence the 2024 Presidential Election, arguably the most important Election in the history of the USA.” This radical behavior is not that of an innocent man, as clearly, he believes prosecutors have rock-solid cases against him.
DeSantis collapses in disaster interview, head won't stop bobbling
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis went on Fox News for an interview with Bret Baier and the appearance highlighted the struggles he’s had so far with his presidential campaign. DeSantis argued he could fare better against Joe Biden than Donald Trump in a general election, and while he may be right, the polling data doesn't consistently support this claim. Baier mentioned that his campaign is facing challenges, with some believing that he doesn’t have the charisma to win. The discussion also involved criticism of DeSantis's focus on culture war issues, which might not resonate with most voters who are focused instead on things like the economy and health care. Despite the scrutiny, DeSantis did his best to defend his record as Florida's governor while facing questions about his ability to appeal to a broader audience. Overall, DeSantis didn’t do a great job at quelling the concerns people have over his campaign as his poll numbers have dropped to a RealClearPolitics average of only 18% support.
From yesterday’s show:
Confused Dianne Feinstein struggles to cast simple "yes" vote
Last week, Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein had a concerning incident during a congressional hearing when she veered into a speech when it was time to cast a simple “yes” vote. A staffer had to intervene and remind her to cast the vote. This incident has raised significant concerns about Feinstein's cognitive state and has led to questions about the appropriateness of her remaining in office until her term ends. The California senator has already announced that she will not seek re-election in 2024. Alongside this recent snafu, multiple reports have emerged detailing instances where she forgets meeting the same individuals and struggles to remember various details. These events have cast doubt on her ability to effectively serve in her position for the rest of her term. Interestingly, this incident comes shortly after Republican Senator Mitch McConnell experienced what appeared to be a medical episode during a press conference, where he inexplicably went silent for twenty seconds while speaking. These incidents collectively highlight the importance of younger representation in the United States government and underscore the necessity for senior representatives to recognize when it is appropriate to step aside.
From yesterday’s show:
Tulsi Gabbard suffers brain break, says Bidenomics is Nazi
Former Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is drawing criticism for equating Bidenomics with fascism and National Socialism, essentially comparing Biden’s economic policies to Nazi ideologies. Gabbard went on Fox News and said, “Bidenomics essentially is fascism, a kind of national socialism, where we have government bureaucrats and politicians partnering and colluding with these massive corporations and the ultra-rich to make these business deals, picking winners and losers that serve their own self-interests in the interests of the power elite at the cost of the well-being of the American people.” Of course, Gabbard's views are nonsensical, as Bidenomics aims to boost the middle class, reduce inequality, and invest in public goods and services, without any connection to fascist or Nazi ideologies. Despite her attempt to attract attention through such provocative statements, Gabbard's credibility is dwindling more and more by the day as she drifts further and further to the right.
