Fox AND Newsmax CUT Trump speech, TOO INSANE!
Donald Trump delivered a speech in Mint Hill, North Carolina, billed as an economic policy address, though much of it veered off-topic. He criticized President Joe Biden, former Vice President Kamala Harris, and Marxism, without providing any clear understanding of what Marxism entails. Trump discussed U.S. manufacturing, particularly in North Carolina, and blamed job losses on trade agreements like NAFTA and China’s entry into the World Trade Organization. Both Fox News and Newsmax cut away from the speech, indicating its incoherence and lack of relevance to economic policy. Trump's rhetoric, including rants about Kamala Harris, his grievances about past political debates, and disjointed comments on topics like furniture manufacturing, prompted the networks to abandon live coverage. This unusual move from right-wing outlets highlights the increasingly erratic nature of Trump’s speeches, as even his usual media supporters found it unhelpful and decided to stop broadcasting.
Trump suffers bizarre grocery store meltdown
Donald Trump’s visit to Sprankle’s Market in Pennsylvania, ahead of his rally in Indiana, featured an unusual mix of campaign photo ops and chaotic interactions. Trump gave a woman $100 for groceries, which raised concerns about potential campaign finance violations, as this was seen as an overtly campaign-related event. He wandered through the store, appearing disconnected and indifferent to the conversations around him. A potentially substantive question Trump asked, about how the grocery store competes with larger chains, was quickly overshadowed by his immediate loss of interest. He also ranted about inflation and crime before pivoting to criticize Kamala Harris and Oprah Winfrey, though without clear context. Trump's awkward and disjointed demeanor throughout the visit, including his unfamiliarity with grocery shopping, led to a chaotic scene that many observers found bizarre.

Trump & Vance hit with CRIMINAL CHARGES in Ohio
The Haitian Bridge Alliance, a nonprofit representing the Haitian community, has filed charges against Donald Trump and J.D. Vance in Springfield, Ohio, for the chaos and threats resulting from Trump’s false claims about legal Haitian immigrants during a presidential debate. The charges, brought under Ohio law that allows private citizens to file criminal complaints, include disrupting public services, making false alarms, telecommunications harassment, menacing, and complicity. Attorney Subodh Chandra, representing the nonprofit, pursued this action after local prosecutors failed to act. Although a hearing is required before the charges can proceed, none has been scheduled yet. The move is rare but not unprecedented in Ohio, where citizens can file charges in certain situations. The case highlights the harmful impact of rhetoric targeting Haitian immigrants in Springfield. However, it seems unlikely that the charges will lead to convictions, particularly given the legal and political challenges involved in pursuing criminal actions against a former president and a Republican nominee.
From yesterday’s show:
Biden does something Trump could never do
Joe Biden made a significant statement at the United Nations, admitting it is time for new leadership, saying he loves his country more than his position as president. Reflecting on his 50 years of public service, Biden emphasized that some things are more important than staying in power, a sentiment aimed at leaders like Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, who rarely show such humility. Biden’s decision not to seek re-election contrasts sharply with Trump, who has always positioned himself as indispensable. Biden also addressed the controversial U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, acknowledging the loss of 13 American lives and hundreds of Afghans in the process, but reaffirming that ending the 20-year war was necessary. The international community's respectful applause at Biden’s speech contrasted with Trump’s infamous 2018 address to the UN, which was met with audible laughter after Trump boasted about his administration's accomplishments. This comparison highlights the global perception of the two leaders, with Biden seen as thoughtful and humble, while Trump was often perceived as a global joke.
