DAMN: Trump facing 45 MORE charges in coming weeks
Failed former President Donald Trump may be facing additional charges in the federal classified documents case, according to special prosecutor Jack Smith. These potential charges, numbering up to 45, could be brought against Trump in a different jurisdiction, such as New Jersey, where his Bedminster resort is located. This strategy aims to bypass any potential interference from Judge Aileen Cannon, who was appointed by Trump and is involved in the case down in Florida. The possibility of charging Trump elsewhere arose when it became apparent that not all of the alleged crimes took place in Florida, where the initial set of 37 felony charges were filed. Some of the incidents occurred in Bedminster, New Jersey, making it feasible to bring charges in a different federal jurisdiction. The new potential indictment being prepared by Smith's team includes fresh evidence, including additional tapes of Trump, which allegedly record him handling classified documents. The new developments in the case indicate that the legal challenges for Trump are far from over.
Supreme Court STRIKE DOWN Biden student loan forgiveness
In a significant blow to President Joe Biden, the Supreme Court has blocked his administration's student loan forgiveness program, rejecting a plan aimed at providing up to $20,000 in relief to borrowers burdened with student debt. The court's decision, with a 6-3 majority led by Chief Justice John Roberts, is a setback for Biden's agenda and a victory for Republicans who viewed the program as an unlawful bailout plan. Biden could potentially use it to rally liberal supporters by highlighting conservative opposition to debt relief. The outcome of this case, along with previous court rulings, underscores the consequences of the 2016 election that resulted in three right-wing Supreme Court picks. The Biden administration may explore alternative legal justifications or avenues for student loan forgiveness in the future, but this is undoubtedly a major setback.
From over the weekend:
The truth about Robert F Kennedy Jr
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been getting a lot of attention and support from right-wingers, even though he is running for president in the Democratic primary. Known for his environmental activism and advocacy for important social issues, Kennedy has also become a prominent anti-vaxxer, spreading disinformation and making unsubstantiated claims about immunizations. His questionable views on topics like Russia, Ukraine, and China, coupled with attacks on fellow Democrats and support from a MAGA-aligned super PAC, raise concerns about his credibility and viability as a candidate. While he has strengths in articulation and resonating with voters, his endorsement of conspiracy theories and disconnection from reality undermine public health and national security. Overall, while Kennedy has appealing qualities and aligns with some progressive issues, his current positions and associations make it difficult to support him.
From over the weekend:
Marjorie Taylor Greene says TV turns itself on to spy on her
Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has made a bizarre claim that her television turns itself on to spy on her. In a series of tweets, she insinuated that her TV displayed someone's laptop trying to connect to it. Despite asserting her mental stability and good health, Greene's statement is raising eyebrows. Some speculate that leftist or Antifa individuals are attempting to spy on her, but there are plenty of other simpler explanations. Possibilities include Greene accidentally sitting on the remote, her smart TV operating based on a learned schedule, or her boyfriend connecting his laptop to the TV. These explanations seem more plausible than the idea of intentional spying. Furthermore, Greene shared an article about smart TVs potentially spying on users without consent, which refers to the collection of data for targeted advertising, not remote control by political opponents. Overall, Greene’s assertion about her television provides insight into her perpetually conspiratorial worldview.

I hate to burst the bubble but by now, Trump has contacted Judge Cannon through the backchannels, and he will pay her $1 million to drop all charges. All of the people associated with him are crooks, herself included. She is indebted to him and will show her gratitude by forgiving him for his sins. She will NEVER recuse herself, claiming that she can be impartial. She is very inexperienced, and she is clueless about what is before her. She is a hard-core Republican, and he will get away with murder. I hope that I am wrong.
