LOL: Bill O'Reilly Loses It At Airport, Blames Joe Biden
Earlier this week, Bill O’Reilly went viral for intimidating a JetBlue employee because his flight to Turks and Caicos was three hours late. Now, O’Reilly has responded to the outrage and has blamed Joe Biden for the outburst. In the original clip, Biden bent over and pointed right at the JetBlue worker, saying “you’re going to fix it.” The employee multiple times accused the former Fox News host of threatening violence against him. Bill said in a statement to Mediaite about the encounter, “the story is JetBlue can’t get their flights off the ground. It was crazy in the terminal.” He went on to say, “for some reason, the Biden administration is not big on solving problems. This is a huge problem.” This criticism makes no sense, as flight delays have happened under Republican and Democratic presidents alike. But also, Bill O’Reilly blaming somebody else for his inexcusable behavior is not in keeping with someone who’s supposed to be a voice for the party of “personal responsibility.”
IT'S OVER: CNN+ Will Be Shut Down Already
The new streaming service CNN+ is shutting down after only operating for a month. The service was getting about 10,000 viewers a day and the total subscriptions fell far below what they needed to sustain the network’s investment of hundreds of millions of dollars. Chris Licht, the incoming CEO of CNN, said in a statement, “this decision is in line with WBD’s broader direct-to-consumer strategy. In a complex streaming market, consumers want simplicity and an all-in service, which provides a better experience and more value than stand-alone offerings.” It seemed obvious from the start that this platform would be a major failure and that people wouldn’t be willing to pay to watch shows about Anderson Cooper’s parenting life and Jake Tapper’s book club. Rather than suffer through another few months of poor viewership, CNN+ decided to rip off the Band-Aid and shut the service down right away, and that was probably the only correct decision they made in this entire new media venture.

BREAKING: Bernie Not Ruling Out 2024 Run (Bad Idea)
Bernie Sanders has not ruled out running for president again in 2024 if Joe Biden chooses not to run for reelection. Bernie’s political adviser Faiz Shakir wrote in a memo intended for progressive candidates, “in the event of an open 2024 Democratic presidential primary, Sen. Sanders has not ruled out another run for president, so we advise that you answer any questions about 2024 with that in mind.” Bernie Sanders has accomplished a lot with his two previous campaigns, including sparking a new progressive movement in the Untied States and getting young people involved in politics. However, at this point, Sanders is becoming a perennial candidate and it doesn’t appear as though he’s gotten any closer to being able to win. Making matters worse, Sanders will be 83 years old at the time of the 2024 election and would be 87 by the end of his first term. He’s not going to offer the best alternative to people who think Biden is too old to hold office. Perhaps it would be best for Bernie to pass the torch on to another, younger progressive candidate in the next campaign season if Biden chooses to retire.

BREAKING: DOJ Appeals Judge's Ruling Ending Travel Mask Mandate
The Biden Department of Justice is making the politically risky move of appealing a Florida judge’s decision that the CDC’s mask mandate has to come to an end. On Monday, Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle struck down the requirement that people wear masks on airplanes and public transit. This led to many people rejoicing and shedding the masks, while concerning others about becoming more susceptible to catching COVID. The CDC said in a statement, "CDC will continue to monitor public health conditions to determine whether such an order remains necessary. CDC believes this is a lawful order, well within CDC's legal authority to protect public health." Regardless of whether appealing the strike down makes sense from a public health standpoint, it could be risky for Biden and the Democrats to try to put these rules back in place so close to the midterms, especially when for many, pandemic fatigue has set in and they don’t want to deal with the mandates anymore.
