My priorities for Congress: end Citizens United, enact term limits for Congress and the Supreme Court, roll back tax cuts made under last years’ disastrous Big Ugly Bill, recommit to NATO and Ukraine, stop funding Israel’s genocide, reinstate USAID funding, reinstate EPA and CDC protections, impeach Hegseth, RFKJR, Blanche, Rubio and Trump…
Focus on accountability, not impeachment. The Senate would not convict Trump anyway. Look into all the corruption, inside deals, and blatant corruption. Stop Trump from making deals with Russia. Put guidelines on AI. Stop the demolishing of our capitol city.
Trump usually does not accept defeat. Watch what files he removes from the White House. Does he burn the Epstein files or charge a fee to anyone who wants to read them ?

I would like to see them put the brakes on ICE. Walking up to cars and shooting into them has to stop. The ICE officers who killed American citizens should be held accountable. I would also like the elected Democrats to let everyone know what they are doing for their state and country. It seems that the Republicans are always mouthing off and attacking the Dems. The Dems have to fight back more and counter their vicious lies.
There really is a ton of work to do to clean up the mess. I hope the Dem. leadership is up to the job.
We now control the 40 electoral votes of Texas, but we may not even need them. With the gain of blue governors, it looks like our next presidential election may be decided by popular votes thanks to the Popular Vote Compact.
