DeSantis COLLAPSING in '24 polls as Trump KEEPS SURGING
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis continues to lose steam among Republican voters ahead of his expected announcement that he’s running for president. Recent polling data shows a significant drop in DeSantis’ support is continually declining while former President Donald Trump's support is on the rise. DeSantis was performing strongly around the midterm elections but the charges against Trump out of New York changed the trajectory and put him back into a commanding lead. While Trump's legal troubles probably won’t help him in the general election, they seem to be a tremendous asset in the Republican primary since it allows him to complain and play the victim. DeSantis’ average support has fallen to around 20%, whereas Trump now holds 55% of the Republican primary ballot. Other candidates and potential candidates including Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Mike Pence have negligible support in the polls. This situation presents a challenge for DeSantis, as he would need to attract Trump's existing supporters to have a chance at winning the nomination. Unless DeSantis can find a way to sway Trump's supporters, his path to securing the nomination will be a narrow one.
Bad mood Trump interviewed by fired Fox host, goes horribly wrong
In an interview with ex-Fox News host Dan Bongino, former President Donald Trump made several false claims about the Durham report, which was expected to expose wrongdoing against him during the investigation into Russian interference. Trump falsely stated that he was framed and that there was no evidence against him. However, the actual findings of the Durham report were that there was no deep-state plot or political bias by the FBI or DOJ. It did highlight procedural errors and some mishandling of the investigation, but it did not invalidate the investigation's outcome or support Trump's claims. The report even repeated some debunked conspiracy theories pushed by Trump, such as wrongly claiming that the Steele dossier triggered the investigation. Trump's interview with Bongino was filled with confusing and incoherent statements that were difficult to understand. Many of Trump’s allies, including Bongino, are attempting to misrepresent the Durham report and deceive their audience. The reality is that the report does not support Trump's narrative of a frame-up or a deep-state conspiracy and those who actually read the report will see that Trump's claims are baseless.
From yesterday’s show:
Marjorie Taylor Greene says missing "whistleblower" will end Biden's presidency
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene went on Steve Bannon’s show this week and voiced her opinion on how Joe Biden is a criminal and should be removed from office. She talked about how the whistleblower who was going to blow the lid off Biden’s alleged bribery and corruption but happened to go missing. Greene said, “They're either in court, they're in jail, or we cannot talk with them at this time because they can't be found. This is a very real situation that we're in.” While Greene's belief may have a humorous aspect, it highlights the irony of a party claiming to champion law and order while disregarding evidence and due process. The lack of tangible proof, even the absence of the whistleblowers themselves, doesn't deter their claims of Biden's imminent downfall. Sadly, millions of Americans have fallen for such baseless assertions. The takeaway is that we must remain alert to protect against the erosion of democratic norms and battle these baseless assertions with logical and critical thinking.

Rudy Giuliani sued for selling pardons w/Trump & demanding sex
A lawsuit filed by Noelle Dunphy has brought forth shocking allegations against Rudy Giuliani, implicating him in a workplace sexual harassment scandal. The lawsuit, which includes a 70-page complaint, claims that Dunphy was sexually harassed by Giuliani while working for him, enduring instances of forced oral sex, intercourse, and demands for sexual favors. The lawsuit also reveals recordings and text messages supporting the allegations. Giuliani vehemently denies these claims, labeling them as harassment and attempted extortion. The lawsuit also unveils the startling revelation that Giuliani offered to sell presidential pardons for $2 million and that he claimed he had immunity from breaking the law. The lawsuit seeks $10 million in damages. Dunphy has extensive evidence, including 20,000 emails, texts, and recordings. These are horrifying accusations being made against Giuliani, but they are in keeping with his reputation. The alleged sale of pardons adds another layer to the controversy, suggesting further legal consequences for Giuliani's actions.
