Trump unleashes DESPERATE Truth Social EXPLOSION
Donald Trump is panicking over worsening economic conditions, with the stock market dropping sharply and no clear plan to reverse the trend. In response, he lashed out on Truth Social, shifting blame to Democrats and immigrants. His economic rhetoric includes baseless claims about world leaders begging for tariff relief and a chaotic, isolationist trade strategy.
TOTAL MELTDOWN in Trump Pentagon, Pete Hegseth in danger
Under Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, the Pentagon is in chaos, marked by leaks of classified information and unprofessional behavior. Hegseth faces serious allegations including sharing sensitive military plans via insecure Signal chats—including with his wife and journalists. The situation underscores the dangers of selecting cabinet officials based on loyalty and TV appearances rather than competence.
From over the weekend:
AOC & Bernie MASSIVE crowds...in MAGA country!
Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are drawing huge crowds in deep-red states like Idaho and Utah, challenging the notion that rural America belongs exclusively to Trump and the GOP. Their rallies focus on progressive populist issues like healthcare, housing, and economic justice. AOC is also seeing a notable bump in early 2028 Democratic primary polling, suggesting growing national interest in her leadership.
From over the weekend:
Republican donors REVOLT against Trump and tariffs
Several of Donald Trump's billionaire donors are turning against him after his sweeping tariff announcement threatened their financial interests. Prominent figures like Ken Langone, Ken Griffin, and Elon Musk have publicly criticized the tariffs, with Musk even calling for a zero-tariff free trade zone. Despite their rhetoric about concern for the middle class, their real issue is the impact on their own wealth and business margins.

I listened to David's discussion on NPR yesterday (the 20th of April) and have to disagree slightly with mainstream Democrats' perception of AOC and Bernie. They are speaking to eager audiences - probably younger generations (of which I am not, and I don't know the demographics) - who would not for a minute think the two are 'too far left'. I don't! The US needs new (radical?) initiatives on universal not-for-profit health care and affordable housing and a living wage and they are probably the most likely ones (with their audiences) to take this forward for the next presidential election.
How can Trump use Tooth Social to hawk his policies and to use his office to promote buying Tesslas?
