While in Egypt for a peace summit on the Israel-Hamas conflict, Donald Trump once again lavished praise on an authoritarian leader — this time Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. Trump celebrated Egypt’s “low crime” rate, crediting el-Sisi’s brutal crackdowns as “great leadership.” He admired that el-Sisi “doesn’t play games,” echoing his long-standing admiration for dictators who rule by force.
Also during the summit, Trump was caught on a hot mic with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto appearing to discuss a private business deal while in office, offering to connect him with Eric or Don Jr. The exchange strongly suggests Trump was using the presidency to advance his family’s business interests, which is the very corruption he accused Hunter Biden of.
Trump delivered a speech at the Knesset after the provisional Israeli-Gaza deal, framing it as a major accomplishment while overlooking ongoing issues. During the visit, he urged Israel to pardon Prime Minister Netanyahu, saying, “Cigars and champagne, who the hell cares about that?”—signaling both tolerance for corruption and a transactional approach to diplomacy.
Vice President J.D. Vance struggled on George Stephanopoulos’ show when asked if Tom Homan accepted $50,000 on an FBI tape. Vance reframed the question, pivoted, feigned confusion, attacked the interviewer, and defended Homan, ultimately getting kicked off the Sunday talk show.
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene showed unusual clarity, discussing inflation, wages, and the Epstein files coherently. She acknowledged procedural and economic issues, raising questions about whether she is breaking with MAGA orthodoxy.
Trump spent three hours at Walter Reed for a checkup, receiving flu and COVID shots. Officials claimed his cardiac health is 14 years younger than his age of 79, despite obesity, swelling, bruised hands, and difficulty walking.
Finally, Vivek Ramaswamy, Republican candidate for Ohio governor, faced criticism from hardline Christian activists for not being Christian. He explained he is a Hindu and ethical monotheist, running to govern, not preach. The episode shows how reactionary movements can consume their founders.

If you can't find an event near you start one. In the USA all we need to do is show up - we do not need permission to protest in common public places like streets, sidewalks and parks - as long as our protesters do not obstruct traffic or block access to the businesses/buildings in the surrounding areas. If you need help planning a bigger event visit: NoKings.org/Training for free support, training and a tool kit to get you started.
Even if your event is small register it at NoKings.org so the world knows how many of us are supporting the Anti-tRump / Fight the Oligarchs Resistance.
We will not be the ones breaking the laws or disregarding our Constitution - Be Loud but Stay Peaceful! If things feel like they may get out of control sit down, stay quiet, tell others to do the same.
