The Trump White House is in chaos as newly released Epstein emails have set off visible panic from Donald Trump. Within days, he shifted from silence, to anger, to suddenly calling for the files to be released. Michael Wolff describes Trump as completely lost, constantly changing his stance, while staff are reportedly afraid to even read the emails for fear of being implicated.
Trump erupted in anger when reporters pressed him about the Epstein files, calling them “fake news” and refusing to say whether he believes the leaks are real. Within hours, he posted on Truth Social calling for the files to be released, presenting it as a move for transparency.
A new auto-pen scandal emerged when seven Trump pardons were discovered with identical signatures, auto-generated despite Trump attacking Biden for similar actions. The Justice Department replaced the files, blaming a technical error, but the incident exposes hypocrisy and panic amid rising questions about Trump’s capacity.
Trump has publicly turned on allies like Marjorie Taylor Greene, withdrawing his endorsement after her complaints and signaling support for primary challengers. He has also gone after Thomas Massie, even mocking his marriage on Truth Social. These moves highlight growing fractures inside the GOP.
Trump also publicly laid out a blueprint for the 2026 elections. He called for ending the filibuster, restricting federal voting access, eliminating early and mail-in voting for most citizens, centralizing election authority, and pressuring states to redraw maps. He admitted the goal is to suppress Democratic voters.
Trump’s refusal or inability to explain his MRI has stretched nearly three months. He claims he does not know what was scanned and exaggerates about the results. Combined with false claims about cognitive testing, this opacity raises troubling questions about his health and transparency.
A video of Trump clapping asymmetrically, alongside other physical irregularities like facial drooping, odd gait, slurring, and bruised hands, has raised neurological concerns. The lack of clarity around his health, paired with vague medical reports, makes it hard to dismiss these signs.
On ABC’s This Week, Jonathan Karl debunked Kevin Hassett’s claim that Thanksgiving costs are down 25 percent, showing it was due to smaller Walmart packages with fewer items and more generics.
Finally, former Vice President Kamala Harris joins us to discuss her new book, “107 Days” about her 2024 presidential campaign. She discussed immigration, crime, housing, and family care priorities, noting that the time she had was simply not enough to influence the outcome.
