The Supreme Court recently banned universal injunctions, meaning federal laws can only be blocked for specific plaintiffs, not nationwide. This raises the stakes for Democrats to pass bold legislation and pursue targeted legal challenges to expand protections incrementally.

In a Fox News interview, Donald Trump dismissed renewable energy in favor of coal, floated bizarre ideas like making Canada a U.S. state, and misunderstood basic science about uranium. Despite heavy editing, Trump's confusion and misinformation were evident throughout the segment.
