Trump facing 561 years in prison
Former President Donald Trump could face 561 years in prison due to four felony charges in Washington, D.C. related to alleged voter disenfranchisement and defrauding voters. Trump has not only made reference to this number in fundraising efforts but has also used it to instill fear and rally his supporters. However, legal experts and analysts are quick to emphasize that the likelihood of him actually receiving such an extensive sentence is low. The figure of 561 years is derived from a hypothetical calculation that adds up the maximum sentences for each charge if served consecutively, a rarely applied practice in the legal system. In reality, numerous factors will come into play during the legal proceedings, such as plea negotiations, potential consolidation or dropping of charges, and concurrent sentencing, which would significantly reduce the total sentence. Additionally, Trump's age and health could also be considered during sentencing, affecting the overall outcome of the case. The cases against Trump are likely to be a protracted process, extending well beyond the next presidential term, contrary to claims suggesting a speedy resolution. While it’s not outside the realm of possibility that Trump could serve prison time over these charges, it would certainly not come anywhere close to a 561-year sentence.
Eric Trump hysterically off the rails, visibly desperate
During an interview on Fox News, Eric Trump, the son of Donald Trump, reacted emotionally and erratically to the news of his father's third indictment and arrest. He accused Democrats of trying to imprison political opponents, using his father's previous experiences with the Russia investigation as a comparison. Eric said, “People are seeing a man, the former 45th president of the United States, who has lost his First Amendment right. They see political speech be attacked. I mean, literally, they're trying to strip somebody’s rights and throw him in jail for the rest of his life over political speech. You know, they're watching presidential immunity fly out the window, all while the statements my father had and I know this because I was there that day. They were great statements. They were perfect statements.” Eric Trump further stated that his father was eager to take discovery on the matter and suggested that the FBI may have been involved in the events of January 6, 2021. The interview highlighted the emotional response of the Trump family to the legal troubles and the perpetual attempts to portray themselves as victims of political persecution.
From yesterday’s show:
BREAKING: Rudy Giuliani is unindicted Trump co-conspirator
There are six unindicted coconspirators listed in the third criminal indictment of former President Donald Trump. Five of the six coconspirators have so far been identified. They most notably include Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, and Sidney Powell. Being an unindicted coconspirator means that investigators and prosecutors believe the individual was involved in a conspiracy to commit a crime but has not been charged in this particular indictment. It is possible that some unindicted coconspirators may have been granted immunity or are cooperating with authorities. This highlights the seriousness of the conspiracy behind the attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential race. Despite concerns by some about this potentially violating attorney-client privilege, legal experts point out that there is a crime-fraud exception, and if lawyers are involved in a conspiracy to defraud or commit crimes, the privilege can be waived. The inclusion of these six unindicted coconspirators indicates a thorough investigation and the solid case that the prosecution appears to have.
From yesterday’s show:
Trump's new judge: Obama-appointed, VERY TOUGH on Jan 6 rioters
The judge assigned to handle former President Donald Trump's latest case, District Judge Tanya Chutkan, has a reputation for being tough on Capitol rioters and has ruled against Trump before. Unlike the Trump-appointed judge handling his first federal indictment in Florida, Judge Chutkan's was appointed by Barack Obama, which is leading to right-wingers questioning her impartiality. But those who are doing so must also accept that Aileen Cannon being chosen for the classified documents case was beneficial to Trump, as they cannot have it both ways. The latest charges against Trump are perhaps the most serious and attempts to downplay the prosecution as politically motivated or mere technicalities must be rejected. Additionally, the situation presents an opportunity for Republican candidates running alongside Trump to address their stance on the seriousness of the case. As has happened before, most of them will downplay it and support Trump in his criminal defense efforts, even though they’re running against him for the nomination.

As I see it: Donald J Trump is NO threat to the 'deep state' or anyone. Donald is going to Trial. Not the Hospital. Like in Russia or Saudi Arabia.
