Donald Trump has cut federal funding for climate projects and New York transit as political retaliation against states that opposed him. Budget director Russ Vought boasted about canceling $8 billion in green energy projects, while $18 billion for New York infrastructure remains frozen despite congressional approval. This may be illegal, as Congress controls spending, and it could harm the economy since blue states drive much of America’s GDP, innovation, and infrastructure.
Trump seems unfazed by the government shutdown because it delays the release of the Epstein files. Arizona’s Adelita Grijalva, whose swearing-in would trigger the files’ release, is being blocked by Speaker Mike Johnson, serving Trump’s interests. Previously claiming shutdowns were the president’s responsibility, Trump now treats the closure as cover to suppress damaging information.
The economy under Trump is weakening. The latest ADP report shows a loss of 32,000 jobs in September, with August revised downward, totaling 35,000 lost jobs over two months. Job losses hit hospitality, construction, and small businesses hardest, while tourism and consumer demand slump.
Concerns about Trump’s cognitive state are growing. California Governor Gavin Newsom and Illinois Governor JB Pritzker have stated he shows signs of dementia. Pritzker urged the 25th Amendment be invoked, citing repetitive falsehoods and incoherent rants.
Google appears to be suppressing AI summaries about Donald Trump’s cognitive state while freely generating them for Joe Biden. Searches for “Does Trump have dementia?” return only links, whereas the same question about Biden produces a full AI overview. This may be self-censorship, as Google just paid Trump $24 million to settle his YouTube lawsuit
Trump’s press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, repeatedly dodged accountability in her latest briefing. She lashed out at questions regarding Jared Kushner’s $2.5 billion from Middle Eastern regimes, Trump’s AI deepfake video, and the administration’s practice of taking government stakes in private companies. Instead of addressing ethics concerns, she reframed questions as propaganda, called some “despicable,” and denied plain reality.
Finally, Vice President JD Vance defended Trump’s AI deepfake meme showing Hakeem Jeffries in a sombrero with a fake mustache, claiming it was “funny” and harmless joking. He insisted one can negotiate in good faith while mocking Democrats and even promised the memes would stop if Jeffries helped reopen the government.
On today’s bonus show:
Trump touted small drug price cuts that mostly benefit pharma companies, not Americans. Pope Leo XIV questioned the “pro-life” label when applied inconsistently, like supporting the death penalty or harsh migrant policies. And Senator John Fetterman now has higher approval among Pennsylvania Republicans than Democrats.

There is the 25th amendment that removes an incapacitated President thru impeachment.
There is also Article 3, S 3, C1.1
This is for treasonous acts
If it involves a President, it also removes the VP and cabinet.
Clean slate.
Don't be in a big hurry to impeach. Trump beat two impeachment charges. Republicans can be fickle.
This man continues to get any with everything and any thing without any accountability to tge America people and what they are going through with all his constant lies and disinformation He never takes accountability for the hardships he has created for the greatest % of Americans and the loss of health care. He owns the supreme court of 6 or 9 juices of which O’connel recommended. He has embarrassed our country and our military.
