The prejudice, lying, misogynistic person that is supposedly our president is so full of hate. It’s so sad that so many Americans follow suit. Hate is taught. It is handed down from one generation to the next. I’m so glad that I have my own mind and a heart to match. It’s just so sad to see where America is headed. So many people have fought and died to make the U S the beautiful, wonderful country that it is. It’s a shame that one person is allowed to destroy it.

This is the perspective many miss. As we get closer to the 2026 election time it should become clearer. Do we have a one-off authoritarian or has the entire country slipped into Fascism? Will there, in fact, be elections? We want to avoid 30+ years of authoritarianism as other countries have experienced.
Exactly. Trump didn’t happen overnight. It was a long time in the making, and those in power won’t easily let go of their grip. This country needs some serious reform starting with education.
