Each state is responsible for their own elections and the president can’t prevent that. What he can do is what he tried to do the first time as well as make it as hard as possible for people to get their votes counted.

Actually humans aren't meant to drink milk. It does almost nothing for the body other than passing thrue to the intestines. Other animal milk is better digested by the human body.
