Impeachment without conviction and removal has become meaningless. He probably would welcome impeachment at this point because it fits his beleaguered and persecuted narrative. Yes, he should be impeached. And it is not enough.

We need at least a majority in both the House and the Senate. With a majority in the Senate we can modify the rules so that Senators can vote by secret ballot without fear of reprisal. Same reason we use Secret ballots in our elections. Sure, Senators SHOULD be brave enough to publicly state their votes, but they have proven they are not that brave.

Yes, but it is also HOW we win, by providing an actual, pragmatic plan to remove Trump, but if we want to win we also have to present plans for legislation etc... for what we can do once we also have the white house. Dangle it all out there so people can see what they are voting for, not just what they are voting against.

For the impeachment itself, we should prepare that openly, in advance, so people can see ALL the reasons to remove Trump. "Flood the zone" with overwhelming number of reasons to remove Trump from office with overwhelming evidence. Once we win the 2026 elections, the removal should be quick and decisive with popular opinion already on our side, basically a 'mandate'.

Exactly. Everybody throws that word around…There’s a LOT more to it. The thug has BEEN impeached.. he was not Convicted…and here we are.

Same thing goes for the 25th Ammendment. Yes. It should happen…BUT..Folks need to understand what it takes to make that happen. Both of these procedures require a Functioning Bipartisan Congress…A willing Cabinet… Trump's “own people” in the Cabinet and Congress would have to be on board. I'm sure there is stuff I'm accidentally leaving out, ut that's the general gist of it.

Impeachments in 'modern' memory:

Nixon - never happened, because it was obvious from the Republicans that it WOULD happen.

Clinton - lied under oath in a civil case that failed because even if every accusation was true, it was still not against the law (per the judge), about an extramarital affair, on the basis of the definition of 'sex'. Not exactly a constitutional issue or relating in any substantial way to the governance of the nation, bribery, insurrection etc... Not convicted in the senate.

Trump (1st) - Brought a narrow charge about abuse of power in foreign affairs with very strong evidence. Republicans claimed at the very beginning of 2020 that "we should let the people decide" in an election 11 months away.

Trump (2nd) - Brought a narrow charge focused on his efforts to violently overthrow the fair election of Biden (People decided). Since the major aspect of the crime happened on Jan 6, (16 days before Biden took office) and the trial was held after Trump was no longer in office, so that all that would be decided was his inability to hold office again, and as later decided by SCOTUS, his ability to be charged for crimes committed during his time in office, the Republicans claimed the impeachment was improper because it was 'too late', he was already out of office, and he could be charged with the crimes in court...

So, we have learned that Republican politicians are afraid of Trump, and that they will evade taking responsibility to publicly remove Trump, finding any bogus argument they can. So this time we Flood the Zone. Bury them in Trump's massive widespread systematic violations of his oath, his endless crimes and bribery etc... and negate all their excuses. If we are prepared ahead of time, we can impeach right away, close to two years before the next election, while still in office. Per the constitution Trump can not be elected President again. It will be obvious his crimes go far beyond some technicality, and we will ensure each senator can vote without fear of reprisal, by using secret ballots, just like in our elections.

Like impeachment/conviction/removal, action under the 25th Amendment depends on Congress. Congress must decide whether the president is incapacitated by a two-thirds vote. With its current makeup, that scenario is hard to envision. And even if he were removed, the vice president then becomes Acting President. I fear we have a better chance of aliens coming to save us all than we do relying on the 25th Amendment, unfortunately. (winking emoji)

Harvard Money: I’m fully behind the president on removing funding for a wealthy university for allowing discrimination against Jewish students and for allowing DEI policies instead of fairness to all students based on merit and achievement. I don’t consent to my hard-earned tax dollars funding the social justice causes of the left at their wealthy university. Legally, the issue is still being worked out as Harvard is having to reach an agreement with the government to address its antisemitism activities and unfair DEI policies. They should never have been given funding when they were participating in these kinds of activities, but our checks and balances are so full of corrupt people they are not functioning as they should.

Cryptocurrency: Trump’s cryptocurrency isn’t illegal. Just like presidents profiting off of writing books or doing lecture tours isn’t illegal. Cry me a river. However, what IS illegal is when Biden and his whole family profited during his terms. He and his family receive 20 million + from China, Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan, and Russia via shell companies. Hunter and James received 5 million from a CCP linked associate working for the CEFC demanding 10 million dollars and stating on the phone call that his father was sitting in the room. Then a CEFC affiliate, Northern Internation Capital, sent 5 million to a Hunter Biden joint venture called Hudson West III. Hudson West then sent $400,000 to a venture owned by Hunter Biden. Then Hunter wired $100,000 to his uncle and his uncle’s wife’s company. His wife, Sara Biden, then withdrew $50,000 from that account and deposited into her personal bank account. Then she transferred $40,000 to Joe Biden in a check and put loan repayment in the memo. As you said, I could go on and on with all of the grifting the Bidens did while in office. So spare me.

Posse Comitatius Act: The courts have either A) found no violation or B) are still pending findings. As Commander-in-Chief, he has every right to utilize our forces to enforce law and protect federal assets in anarchist cities like Portland and Chicago. The regular people in those cities who aren’t Democrat anarchist crazies are happy for the help and probably will come over to the Republican fold in the next election. Most people don’t like criminals running their cities. In the next 3 ½ years, as Trump shows people how things SHOULD be run and improves the lives of the average person, the left will lose more and more supporters. Especially if you keep shooting innocent people in the necks and try to assassinate presidents. Weird, huh?

Scientific research: That should be privately funded. Most of us don’t work hard every day for some lunatic leftist scientist to find out if monkeys in the Amazon are gay. Again, weird that we would feel that way right? After the lies of the Covid years, I am even more vehemently against blank check funding for scientists who lie to us and whose motivation is selling more pharma and profiting off people rather than actually helping them. Gifts are common for EVERY president and after they leave office are often transferred to the National Archives. He’s not a nepotistic criminal.

Bill Clinton: Stuck a cigar in a young intern’s vagina in the Oval Office while married and while he was supposed to be doing the people’s business, not his own adulterous business. They were all paid accusations and discredited. The Democrats were pulling out all the stops to get their political rival out of contention. That is different than what Bill did.

Stay ignorant and stay as a lap dog for the totalitarian billionaires on the left who are manipulating you into voting against your own self-interests. I wholeheartedly agree, although I fear our Democrats at the top of leadership are impotent at best in taking action to stop this regime from taking hold of our democracy

Not only the First Amendment but also the Emoluments clause, the attempted and sometimes successful violations of habeas corpus and the statutes prohibiting the use of the military domestically ( the Posse Comitatus Act? Me not sure). These are what I could think of off the top of my head, but there are more instances.

For the love of God. There's a petition sitting on the Hill for impeachment. I signed it . Republicans will not do it; I don't know what the Democrats problem is,or they can't. I don't know.

Trump sees himself as a Founding Father, but by attacking the First Amendment he acts as a Founding Demolisher. The founders built safeguards against tyrants; he’s trying to become the very one they sought to stop.

Trump wanted to be a Founding Father. History will remember him as #DemolitionDad.

A real father builds a home. Trump tears down a nation. #DemolitionDad

The Founders wrote the First Amendment to protect freedom. Trump wants to rip it apart. #DemolitionDad

You don’t defend liberty by silencing voices. That’s not leadership, that’s #DemolitionDad.

From “Father of a Nation” to “Dad of Destruction.” #DemolitionDad

So yes, obviously ! It's time - again - ...
