Judge rules Trump committed FRAUD, order Trump's business DISSOLVED
A New York judge has determined that former President Donald Trump engaged in fraud while building his real estate empire, resulting in orders to dissolve some of his businesses. This decision came within a civil suit led by New York Attorney General Letitia James, who accused Trump and his company of manipulating asset values and inflating net worth figures to deceive banks, insurers, and others in financial dealings. Judge Arthur Engoron's verdict not only held Trump accountable for fraud but also imposed sanctions on his legal team for making unsubstantiated arguments in court. The potential consequences of this ruling are significant, including Trump losing control over some of his New York properties and facing potential lawsuits from misled financial institutions. This case has brought to light questionable financial practices, where Trump allegedly presented properties as valuable collateral for loans while minimizing their worth for tax purposes. Amidst ongoing legal challenges, this ruling adds to Trump's legal troubles, leaving his business future uncertain as he grapples with four upcoming criminal trials.
Liberal Fox host brings up Trump's cognitive decline, co-hosts PARALYZED
During a recent segment on Fox News's “The Five,” co-host Jessica Tarlov, often considered the lone left-leaning voice on the show, raised concerns about former President Donald Trump's cognitive abilities, highlighting several examples from the past ten days that illustrated his cognitive decline. Tarlov pointed out instances where Trump made perplexing statements, such as claiming you need an ID to buy bread, falsely asserting that he ran against Barack Obama in 2016, warning that Biden would lead the U.S. into World War II, and confusing Jeb Bush with George W. Bush regarding the Iraq invasion. She also mentioned Trump's authoritarian posts on Truth Social where he called for the execution of General Mark Milley and investigations into media companies he disliked. Despite presenting these examples, Tarlov's co-hosts remained visibly uncomfortable and unresponsive, revealing the reluctance to address Trump's cognitive issues within conservative media. The segment shed light on the stark contrast in coverage between Trump and Biden's verbal gaffes, with Trump receiving considerably less scrutiny for his gaffes and perplexing statements.
From yesterday’s show:
Trump tours gun store, goes HORRIBLY WRONG
Former President Donald Trump's recent visit to a South Carolina gun store stirred controversy when he expressed interest in buying a Glock, which was quickly deemed to be illegal for him. The visit revolved around discussions about pistol braces, intended to aid individuals with mobility issues in handling handguns, something framed as a disability rights issue by Trump's camp. Despite this being a topic of controversy during his presidency, Trump appeared uninformed about it. When asked by the store owner whether he would address the pistol brace issue in a hypothetical second Trump administration, he said he would before quickly moving on to a range of other problems, including energy independence and inner-city crime. The gun store owner eagerly awaited Trump's stance on the pistol brace issue but received mostly tangential responses, leaving many questioning whether Trump truly comprehended the intricacies of the debate. The former president often can’t speak coherently about the political topics of the day, yet tens of millions of Americans continue to express their undying loyalty to him.
From yesterday’s show:
Indicted Dem Senator's press conference EXTREMELY shaky
Democratic Senator Bob Menendez has been indicted, and the evidence against him is quite compelling, including allegations of cash-stuffed pockets, gold bars, and incriminating Google searches. Menendez held a press conference where he defiantly stated he wouldn't resign, claiming the money found was legally earned over 30 years and stored in his clothes' pockets. His defense came across as weak and didn't address the gold bars and other incriminating evidence. Menedez had a group of supporters cheering him on at the presser, the optics of which didn’t sit well and came across as Trumpian. While Menendez is entitled to a vigorous defense and is presumed innocent until proven guilty, the evidence presented so far paints a troubling picture. This would be the case regardless of the senator’s political affiliation, and in fact, a number of Democratic lawmakers have already called for Menendez to step down. This is in stark contrast to Donald Trump, who the vast majority of Republicans continue to defend despite his four upcoming criminal trials.
