Kamala selects her VP, TREMENDOUS CHOICE!
Vice President Kamala Harris has chosen Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her vice presidential running mate for the 2024 presidential campaign. This decision, reportedly narrowed down between Walz and Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, is an excellent choice due to Walz's strong track record in Minnesota, which excels in environmental protection, fiscal stability, education, and infrastructure. Despite the belief that running mates do not significantly influence state victories, Walz's appeal could be beneficial in neighboring states like Michigan and Wisconsin, crucial for securing 270 electoral votes. His ability to engage effectively with voters and handle opposition, demonstrated during his appearances on Fox News, showcases his potential as a formidable candidate. His background as a former teacher and his policies, such as providing school meals, paid family leave, and expanding the child tax credit makes Walz a strong and balanced choice for Harris.
TRUMP COLLAPSE, KAMALA TAKES FIRST LEAD IN POLLS
In a historic turn of events, Kamala Harris has taken her first lead in the national polls, as indicated by the Real Clear Politics average, where she now leads Donald Trump by 0.2 percentage points. This shift marks a significant change since President Joe Biden's withdrawal from the reelection campaign. The trend lines clearly show Trump's support declining while Harris's support is rising. Recent polls have shown Harris with varying leads, including plus three, plus four, and plus one, with a notable Trump plus five from Rasmussen Reports. Additionally, Nate Silver's Silver Bulletin now has Harris leading in key states, gaining points in New Hampshire, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. Harris's overall lead in the Silver Bulletin averages 1.9 points. This momentum shift is notable, with Trump previously leading by 3.1 points when Biden exited the race, resulting in a 3.3-point swing in Harris's favor. The Trump campaign and its supporters are reacting with claims of rigged polls as they face this unexpected downturn.

Brain rot tricks Trump & MAGA into thinking female boxer is transgender
Significant controversy has erupted over Algerian boxer Imane Khelif, with baseless claims from right-wing and anti-trans activists, including Donald Trump, that she is a transgender athlete. These false allegations suggest that Khelif was born male and transitioned to female and is now unfairly competing against women. The Boston Globe initially published a headline stating she was transgender but later retracted it, acknowledging their error. The controversy partly stems from Khelif’s disqualification from the Women's World Boxing Championships last year, organized by the Russian-led International Boxing Association. She allegedly failed an unspecified gender eligibility test, which some speculate was a politically motivated move to restore a Russian boxer’s undefeated record. There is no medical evidence suggesting Khelif is transgender; she was born female and identifies as female, with childhood photos supporting this. Algeria’s laws do not permit legal sex changes, making it implausible for them to send a transgender athlete to the Olympics. This misinformation campaign, fueled by right-wing rhetoric, has unfairly targeted Khelif, causing significant personal and public harm based on unfounded claims.

WTF: RFK Jr dumped bear cub in Central Park, staged to look like accident
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. shared a bizarre story during a conversation with Roseanne Barr, where he described an incident involving a bear cub. He recounted how he came across a bear cub that had been hit by a car, and decided to take it with him, planning to skin it for its fur. However, due to a series of chaotic events including falconing and a dinner at a steakhouse, he ended up having to head straight to the airport without going home. To avoid leaving the bear in his car, Kennedy staged the bear in Central Park to look like it was part of a bicycle accident, amid a spate of actual bike accidents in the city. This strange story, while colorful and unusual, has not yet been linked to any clear criminal activity, such as improper handling of wildlife. Though quite a strange story, it’s likely not going to have a substantial impact on the presidential race.
