We're stealing all the oil from Venezuela and Iran. Where is it going? It should be free, since we're taking it. So, since gas is about $4 per gallon when oil is $100 per barrel. Free oil should mean free gas, except for the cost of refining and transportation. So, $.25 - $.50 per gallon?
