LOL: MyPillow Mike Lindell Has Hired Attorney Alan Dershowitz

MyPillow guy Mike Lindell has hired beleaguered attorney Alan Dershowitz to defend him in the FBI case that led to Lindell’s cell phone being seized by investigators. Dershowitz went on Lindell TV and said that he wants a special master to be appointed in this case as was done for former President Trump. Dershowitz also went on the Law & Crime network and was asked why he’s representing the MyPillow guy. He said, “let me tell you why I'm representing Mike Lindell. I agree with him about very little. I think the election was fair. I think he's wrong in challenging the election. We're on completely different sides. I'm a liberal Democrat. I voted for Biden. He's a conservative Republican. I think it's critically important for people on my side of the political fence, people who are Biden supporters, supporters of the election to hold the Justice Department accountable for trying to target our political enemies.” Of course, the real reason Dershowitz is representing Lindell could be that the pillow guy has a lot of money, at least at the moment. It’s difficult to believe Alan is doing this for the higher constitutional purpose that he proclaims.

Court CRUSHES Trump, Rules Investigation Can Resume

A federal appeals court has ruled that the Department of Justice can resume its probe of the classified documents seized from Mar-a-Lago. The decision upends the attempt to delay the investigation until the appropriate items could be returned to Trump and until the Trump team had a chance to prove the documents in question were ordered declassified. Two of the three judges that made this decision to put a stop to the delay were appointed by Trump himself. They wrote, “for our part, we cannot discern why the Plaintiff would have an individual interest in or need for any of the one hundred documents with classification markings.” The special master that was appointed in this case also doesn’t seem to have any patience for the antics of Trump’s legal team which refuses to present evidence that the FBI was mistaken about the documents. Trump clearly had no business handling the documents he had in his possession and the attempts at delaying consequences for his actions don’t seem to be working.

Trump ERUPTS Over Criminal Referral

Donald Trump went on Truth Social within minutes of the announcement that New York Attorney General Letitia James was going to be suing the Trump Organization and was referring the case to federal investigators and the IRS. Trump wrote, “Another Witch Hunt by a racist Attorney General, Letitia James, who failed in her run for Governor, getting almost zero support from the public . . . I never thought this case would be brought - until I saw her really bad poll numbers. She is a fraud who campaigned on a ‘get Trump’ platform, despite the fact that the city is one of the crime and murder disasters of the world under her watch!” The failed former president also posted, “The New York Times: ‘Her (Peekaboo James) case against him could be difficult to prove. Property valuations are often subjective, and the financial statements include a (very strong) disclaimer.’ Thank you!” Trump is trying to play it cool and act like this latest investigation is simply a political hitjob, but internally, he must be panicking over the mountain of cases stacking up against him,

Trump-Endorsed Candidate Lied About Military Service

JR Majewski, a Trump-endorsed candidate running for Congress from Ohio who appeared on the show a few months ago, has been caught lying about his military service. On multiple occasions, Majewski said that he fought in Afghanistan in the years after 9/11. During an interview, Majewski was asked about his supposed experience in Afghanistan and what it was like. He said, “Tough. Tough. I don't like talking about my experience. Not that we've said too much. I really don't like to divulge a lot of things about the military because, you know, they're to me, you know, it was a tough time in life. You know, the military wasn't easy.” Perhaps JR didn’t want to get into specifics because he didn’t have his story straight. Records obtained by the Associated Press found that while Majewski did serve in the military, he was stationed at an air base in Qatar where he loaded planes for six months and he did not fight in combat. Republicans should be standing up against what Majewski did since exaggerating his military service in such a way is a clear example of “stolen valor.”
