Republican pollster CANNOT BELIEVE what's happening to Trump & Kamala
Frank Luntz appeared on CNBC to discuss the unexpected shift in voter enthusiasm following Joe Biden’s decision to step aside, making Kamala Harris the presumptive Democratic nominee. Luntz, a pollster with conservative ties, remarked that in his extensive career, he has never seen such a dramatic change in voter sentiment within a 30-day period. He noted that Harris has gained significant momentum, particularly among previously unengaged or undecided voters. This surge could potentially lead to Democrats gaining control of the Senate and House. Luntz emphasized that Harris now holds an intensity and demographic advantage, which could be crucial in the upcoming election. However, skepticism remains regarding the accuracy of these polling numbers, especially considering past undercounting of Trump voters in 2016 and 2020. Despite the current surge in support for Harris, there is still a long time to go before election day.
UH-OH: Megyn Kelly TURNS on Trump, "rambling, age related change"
There are growing concerns within the Republican Party about Donald Trump's campaign performance. Megyn Kelly recently voiced criticism, observing that Trump seems to be rambling and losing his sharpness, potentially due to age-related changes. Kelly, like other Republicans, appears to be distancing herself from Trump’s campaign strategy, possibly to maintain credibility if his candidacy falters. This sentiment reflects a broader unease as many within the party acknowledge the campaign's struggles, particularly as polls show Trump losing ground in key states like Florida and North Carolina. Despite these criticisms, this shift is not a fundamental change in support for Trump but rather a pragmatic response to a campaign that is faltering.
From yesterday’s show:
Trump watches video of getting shot on repeat, likely has PTSD
Recent reports suggest that Donald Trump may be experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after repeatedly watching a video of himself nearly being shot. While some may find it surprising, this reaction is entirely understandable given the gravity of the situation. It's natural for anyone who has come so close to death to be unable to stop replaying the event, leading to symptoms of trauma. Trump reportedly expected to gain significant political mileage from the incident, but the momentum shifted when Joe Biden stepped down, and Kamala Harris gained attention with record fundraising and public support. Despite Trump's usual resilience, this event has left a lasting impact, illustrating that even those who project strength can be deeply affected by life-threatening experiences.
From yesterday’s show:
RFK tried to offer Kamala dropping out in exchange for a job
Recent reports highlight Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s apparent self-centered motivations in his presidential campaign. He allegedly sought to negotiate with both Donald Trump and Kamala Harris for a position in their respective administrations in exchange for his endorsement and withdrawal from the race. Kennedy reportedly attempted to meet with Kamala Harris, proposing his support in return for a potential cabinet position, just as he had previously done with Trump's campaign. Both offers were rejected. This behavior raises questions about Kennedy's authenticity, as his willingness to endorse two vastly different candidates suggests that his primary concern is securing a job rather than genuine political alignment. Furthermore, Kamala Harris, who has seen increased support and financial contributions since becoming the presumptive Democratic nominee, likely sees little benefit in Kennedy's endorsement. His presence in the race may even favor her by splitting the vote. As Kennedy publicly insists he'll stay in the race, his behind-the-scenes efforts to negotiate an exit cast doubt on his intentions and integrity.
