The polling could not be clearer or more damaging for Donald Trump. An Economist/YouGov survey shows majorities saying the country is on the wrong track and out of control, with Trump underwater on immigration, crime, inflation, and foreign policy. Trust in his economic data is weak, support for aggressive actions abroad is low, and fewer than a third of Americans see him as honest or trustworthy while a majority view him as dangerous.
Markets reflected that instability almost immediately. After a wave of erratic statements from Trump, the S&P 500 fell more than 2 percent, as Trump bragged about market highs. Threats to slap massive tariffs on France and bizarre talk about taking Greenland are shaking investor confidence.
Those concerns deepened after a chaotic White House press conference that raised serious questions about Trump’s fitness for office. He appeared disoriented, struggled to speak, confused words, and wandered through incoherent stories. He brushed off the killing of Renee Good by ICE, claimed he deserved multiple Nobel Peace Prizes, and suggested God is proud of his presidency.
That pattern continued in what was supposed to be a friendly interview. Asked about his goals for 2026, Trump could not articulate a legislative agenda and instead fixated on paper straws, shower pressure, and toilet flushing. He rambled about imaginary achievements and openly praised how much easier it is to rule without checks and balances.
On the world stage, Trump’s Davos appearance only compounded the damage. Slurred speech, confusion, and repeated mix ups between Greenland and Iceland were met with near total silence from global leaders. His boasts and attacks on climate policy landed flat, reinforcing the sense that the United States under Trump is no longer taken seriously.
The alarm is now coming from inside Trump’s own circle and even the right wing. Former aides like Stephanie Grisham are openly warning of mental decline, and conservative figures like Erick Erickson are calling Trump’s Greenland obsession dangerous and politically toxic.
Finally, Maryland Governor Wes Moore joins us to explain how his administration is pushing back against Donald Trump’s authoritarian actions, outline recent policy changes in Maryland, and discuss his political future.
On today’s bonus show:
Trump made $1.4 billion in his first year back in office, Australia passes stricter gun laws after Bondi massacre, Kyrsten Sinema gets sued over an alleged affair with her bodyguard, and much more...

The poll means NOTHING. NOTHING is being done. The hell with the poll when Americans "answer the poll" and do nothing. Too bad TRUMPSTEINS TURD FORCE ONE AIRPLANE landed. If not - would have prevented World War 3.
