Mullet Trump resurfaces to cult cheers
A video of Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago, looking out of shape and sporting a mullet, prompted questions about his fitness to lead the country for another four years. The footage depicted Trump mingling with guests, and appearing ready for the golf course rather than the Oval Office. Critics highlighted the disconnect between his appearance and his promises to restore the nation's health and prosperity.
Who's in charge, Trump or Musk? Dem leader: No idea
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries was asked whether power lies with Donald Trump, Mike Johnson, or Elon Musk, which he couldn’t answer. When pressed on whether Democrats would support Johnson amid a MAGA revolt, Jeffries firmly said "no," signaling a shift from past efforts to stabilize GOP leadership. Critics argue Musk wields outsized influence, with Trump playing "second fiddle," as their strategy fuels shutdown threats and legislative chaos.
From yesterday’s show:
Matt Gaetz PANICS, they're going to release the ethics report!
A House panel voted to release an ethics report on former Congressman Matt Gaetz, despite his efforts to prevent it by resigning. The report is expected to outline allegations of sex trafficking and other misconduct, leading Gaetz to preemptively discredit the investigation and claim it was politically motivated. In a defensive statement, he admitted to past "womanizing" and "partying" but denied any illegal activity.
From yesterday’s show:
WOW: The country HATES Trump's agenda
New polling reveals that most Americans disagree with key aspects of Donald Trump's agenda, including using the military for mass deportations and pardoning January 6th rioters. Despite this, many voters still supported Trump due to dissatisfaction with Joe Biden and the policies of his administration. This suggests that elections aren't won by policy alone but by the atmosphere and community built around a candidate.
