Terrified Trump crumbles in deranged ALL CAPS rant
Failed former President Donald Trump posted an unhinged all-caps rant to Truth Social over the weekend, complaining about Pennsylvania instituting automatic voter registration. Trump posted in part, “THE DEMOCRATS ARE TRYING TO STEAL PENNSYLVANIA AGAIN BY DOING THE ‘AUTOMATIC VOTER REGISTRATION’ SCAM. THEY NEVER STOP! OBAMA AND HIS RADICAL LEFT THUGS ARE PUSHING THIS, AND THE DEMOCRATS, INCLUDING THE NEW LIBERAL GOVERNOR, ARE THRILLED. . . . WE HAVE TO THROW EVERYBODY OUT & GET PEOPLE WHO CAN STOP THE SCAMS, CHEATING, & RIGGING - & WIN! THE PENNSYLVANIA REPUBLICAN PARTY MUST ENERGIZE, GET TOUGH, & STOP THIS SCAM - OUR COUNTRY IS AT STAKE!!!” Of course, automatic voter registration exists in a number of states already as well as numerous countries around the world. There is nothing to suggest it makes the system more susceptible to fraud, and if anything it streamlines the process, cutting costs and bureaucracy while increasing voter accessibility and turnout.
Biden poll DISASTER, Trump leads by 10 points!
There is a recent poll indicating that Donald Trump has a nearly ten-point lead over Joe Biden in a hypothetical 2024 election rematch. The ABC News poll shows Trump with 51% support, compared to Biden at only 42%. These results have understandably raised eyebrows, yet it is essential to approach them with a measured perspective more than a year out from the general election. This particular poll represents just a single data point, with 7% of the electorate either undecided, not planning to vote, or potentially considering third-party candidates. Furthermore, some of the poll's findings, like Trump winning young voters by nearly twenty points and Biden winning minority voters by only nine points, appear incongruent with historical voting patterns. Instead of succumbing to panic, this should serve as a wake-up call to encourage voter registration and turnout. It’s also important to stress that presidential elections are decided by the Electoral College, not merely the popular vote, making state-level strategies pivotal in shaping the outcome of the race.
From over the weekend:
HUMILIATING: DeSantis falls to FIFTH PLACE in New Hampshire
Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign finds itself in a humiliating position as he has slid to fifth place in the Republican primary race for New Hampshire, garnering only 10% support. This decline has ignited discussions about the various factors contributing to DeSantis' plummeting popularity, with some citing his campaign's weak ground game in pivotal states, others pointing to his lack of charisma, and critics highlighting his hesitancy to openly criticize former President Trump. On a national scale, the data reveals a stark contrast: Trump's support continues to rise steadily, while DeSantis has witnessed a significant erosion in his support, falling from 31% to a mere 12%. This dynamic underscores the formidable challenge facing DeSantis, as it becomes increasingly apparent that there is limited room for other candidates to challenge Trump's dominance in the Republican primary. While there are still a few months remaining before voting begins, Donald Trump seems to have already wrapped up the GOP’s nomination.
From over the weekend:
Trump's ominous warning to Jews sparks total horror
Donald Trump has drawn global concern by issuing a controversial post about Jewish people on his social media platform Truth Social. In his post, coinciding with Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, Trump sent a message directed at liberal Jews, suggesting that they should learn from their mistakes and make better choices. The statement implied that liberal Jews are a minority within the Jewish community, which is misleading as the vast majority of American Jews lean left and vote for Democrats. Trump attempted to paint himself as a protector of Jewish interests, listing actions such as moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, recognizing Israel's sovereignty over the Golan Heights and settlements, and signing the Never Again education bill. Critics argue that these actions were largely symbolic and didn't significantly impact the Middle East peace process. The message is riddled with misspellings and grammatical errors, but more importantly, it's seen as an ominous warning to Jewish voters, urging them to vote as a bloc and align with Trump's agenda. This has raised concerns about Trump's intentions, with some seeing parallels between his political approach and unsavory historical authoritarian leaders.
