Glad he is saying that out loud. As it appears too many people have stuck their head in the sand, while this very serious matter unfolds!

Thank you, David! It's now even more obvious that Trump, Putin, Netanyahu and their corrupt administrations are committing continued acts of terror and power domestically and internationally to distract from their many prior crimes and unconstitutional actions. In other words, they've been committing illegal "Wag the Dog" actions as they continue to harm our entire country and global stability!

Picture this…if the threat was actually nuclear weapons, then why the bombing of a girl’s school? Desalination plants? Oil facilities? Indiscriminate bombings of residential areas? And the pièce de résistance of assassinating their supreme leader??? This action has only been to take out the major country in the area that has been fighting against ISRAELISM and their fantasy of a greater Israel. Shame on Netanyahu, the Zionist Israeli government and our totally gullible US idiot in the White House not to mention all the Congressional lemmings following the AIPAC pied piper song and dance. Disgusting!

Deranged Don ordered Operation Epstein Fury because his Daddy Bibi told him to. It was also a temporary distraction from his blatant trump/Epstein cover-up.

The threat was the Epstein files.

Uh oh. Poor Cruz can't keep the story straight. How embarrassing.

Russ's avatar

Cruz has no idea what the Iranians have, anymore than the readers here. Frankly doubt what the US intelligence knows for sure. Regardless do we want to wait around until Death to America Iran has the bomb? One North Korea is enough.

Cruz is the guy who was humiliated by Trump accusing his father of having something to do with killing of Pres Kennedy. Up until Trump was the candidate for president, Cruz thought he was dirt. Thereafter Cruz cannot do enough for him. So much for Texas tough. He is just a foot stool for Trump. Using him as some sort of reliable source is a joke.

I am the last guy on the planet to support Trump, however Iran is a direct threat to the US. It has been at war with us since 1979. Most of the hostility in the middle east comes from Death to America Iran. So the logic that we need to wait until they have a nuclear bomb before we take their threats seriously is naive.

A nuke would probably not be used on israel as it would wipeout more Arabs. No it would be in a container sent to the US by ship. So all those thinking Iran is just an innocent, misunderstood country are wrong.

Sharon Otstot's avatar

I don't think Iran is an innocent misunderstood country. I think they're hostile. I also think that war is not an answer. I live by a munitions manufacturer (Raytheon makes tomahawk missiles) and an air base that trains aviators from other countries (Davis Monthan). How safe do you think I feel?

Russ's avatar

Funny I used to live in Tucson and Green Valley and go by the plant. I feel safer having them make munitions for us than Russia. That plant and those airplanes at Monthan are the only reason keeping Russia and China from attacking us.

War never seems to be the answer. However evil prevails where good people do nothing. Iran has been at war with us since 1979. There is no meaningful treaty that will stop Iran from becoming another North Korea.

Obama's treaty was so bad, he did not get it ratified by the Senate. It is questionable it slowed down their nuclear development. Yet it ignored their ICBM development and disallowed inspections of their military bases. A total joke.

Trump wanted a war. End of story.

The Dictator Dimwit Deranged Idiot in the Oval Office wants wars all over the world due to his severely inflated ego. He wants to show just how tough he is and is entitled to tell all of them what to do by conquering them. All he's doing is making us look more and more like Hitler's Nazi Germany and Putin's, Xi's, and Kim's communist countries.

Khomenei's son will be taking over, so this will be the same as his father. What did this accomplish if they did this for regime change? This wasn't planned well, if at all.

Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. invested $25 million in a drone company called Powerus. The Pentagon is now at war with Iran. The Pentagon needs drones. Powerus sells drones to the Pentagon.

In January 2026, the President signed an executive order banning Chinese drones and components from the US military. Chinese manufacturers held 70% of the Pentagon’s drone supply chain. That supply chain vanished overnight. The Replicator initiative needs 30,000 one-way attack drones. Domestic producers cannot fill the gap at scale. Powerus, a startup with approximately 50 employees founded to build autonomous AI-swarm systems, is now competing for those contracts.

The President created the demand by banning Chinese drones. The President created the urgency by starting a war. The President’s sons invested in the company positioned to fill both gaps.

Viral claims of a $620 million Pentagon contract awarded to Powerus circulated on X in early March. These remain unverified by any Tier 1 credible source as of 9th March. Senate Democrats have flagged the conflict of interest. Ethics probes are reportedly underway. What is verified is the $25 million family investment, the 70% supply chain elimination, the active war creating acute demand, and the company bidding for Replicator contracts while the President’s family holds equity.

Now look at the war this demand is feeding.

Iran launched nearly 3,000 missiles and drones in the first week. Gulf states intercepted over 1,700 drones. The UAE shot down 1,110 out of 1,184 launched at its territory. A 94% intercept rate that cost an estimated $4.4 billion in munitions to defeat $23 million worth of Shahed drones. Each Shahed costs $20,000 to $50,000. Each Patriot interceptor costs $3 to $4 million. Each THAAD missile costs $12.7 million. The cost ratio is 190 to 1 in favour of Iran.

THAAD production runs at 8 per month. Iran produces hundreds of Shaheds per month from dispersed facilities that US strikes have degraded 40 to 60% but cannot eliminate under the Mosaic doctrine’s 31 autonomous provincial commands. Iran can launch more drones in a single night than the US produces interceptors in a year.

The longer the war continues, the more interceptors are consumed. The more interceptors consumed, the more urgent the Pentagon’s drone gap becomes. The more urgent the gap, the more valuable Powerus becomes. The more valuable Powerus becomes, the more the Trump family’s $25 million investment appreciates.

The war feeds the depletion. The depletion feeds the demand. The demand feeds the company. The company feeds the family.

This is not a conspiracy theory. It is a supply chain. Every link is documented. The executive order is public. The investment is reported by the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg. The war is on live television. The intercept statistics are published by Gulf defence ministries. The Replicator programme is a Pentagon initiative with published procurement targets. The ethics probes are confirmed by Senate communications.

The only question is whether a sitting President’s family should hold equity in a defence contractor while the President wages a war that creates the contractor’s entire addressable market.

To expand on the above: Trump wanted a war of his very own; didn’t want to be left out in the eyes of his fellow comrades-in-evil. Wanted to be on equal footing with all of those other thugs. Thus hangs his “legacy”. Forever, and amen.

A war started to deflect off the Epstein files and guarantee Trump, his sons, and Kushner Gaza to get the regular people out and build resorts.

HOLY SMOKES! Lying Ted Cruz is actually telling the truth. Maybe Ted Cruz is growing a spine or maybe he’s just worried about losing his Senate seat.

Cruz and Hawley tried to sell their decertification plot months before January 6, 2021 on the Senate floor. Project 2025 had to be proud. Both had excellent opponents in their last reelections and neither brought up the Coup Plot. Kamala kept saying "peaceful transfer of power" but never got into which Senators and Congressmembers were on board. Andy Biggs, Jim Jordan, Linsey Graham and Ron Johnson got reelected too.

Mike Pence is a National Hero.
