You are missing the essential nature of the Strategy. You accuse loudly, constantly, then, IF their innocence is proven and it gets noticed by people, you just accuse some more. In Kentucky, the Republicans took away the right of the Democratic governor to appoint a Senator. It would have to be fought in law. In addition, there has to be an election set up for a new Senator. Even if the governor appoints someone, a Republican would soon be in. AND, McConnell is not running for office this election. A Maga Republican won the primary and so will almost certainly be elected. I'm not sure why everyone is wasting time on this when there are representatives trying to get elected- spend time on that.
