The article says "We now have a president who is already engaged in one military conflict, casually joking about starting another."

However, it's not just one military conflict - so far he's bombed eight countries & areas in a year : Somalia, Syria, Nigeria, Yemen, Venezuela, Iraq, Iran and the area of Palestine.

All without consultation or approval of Congress.

When he invaded Venezuela he had its President & his wife kidnapped and brought back to America.

President Trump is an evil, dangerous man - a warmonger - and Congress must stop him.

8647 there is NO WAY that regime should be able to throw out our democracy! Throw out SCOTUS AND START OVER

I’m surprised his pea-brain hasn’t thought of taking over Mexico to sold the “ border problem”!

It’s the perfect time to float this insanity really. It’s prom/graduation season. Getting kids ready for college and celebrating their kids hard work. Or just working and picking up shifts to survive. Some sleeping in between job 1 & 2. We are overloaded and inundated with problem after problem, my privacy attacked, my money sucked up by a war I don’t support and didn’t ask for nor does it benefit me in anyway, ice on my left, high gas prices to my right, money for ballrooms, businesses and war but not for the diabetics or cancer ridden. People blame us for not fighting harder while actively buying tickets to the Olympics.

Americans can only disassociate at this point. No amount of intelligent discourse, screaming from the rooftops or protesting has cracked the tinfoil hatters and hearts 9 times too small crowd. This feels very bewitched - “there must be a solution! “No, there isn’t. We’re at the coffee bean, and there is no solution.”

Staying informed is exhausterwhelmulating. Sometimes I just wanna read smut and laugh at cats being scared by cucumbers.

But that's just what they want us to do - disassociate, so they can do whatever they want.

I totally agree with what you said. What do we do?

This damn lunatic has been salivating to invade Cuba. Remember when he said that we could just take it? He is a criminal with a criminal mentality. If he wasn't so incompetent, we would be in worse trouble..

The problem is that he has a lot of people who are more intelligent than him, but just as evil, lurking in the background.

If Trump "8647'd" tomorrow, the likes of Stephen Miller, Thiel, etc. etc. would be charging forward with their twisted ideals.

We're smacked down and tired, fighting without winning takes it's toll! The government is tearing up everything. Our government is not, our government.

After another one hour telephone call with Putin who knows what he's been advised to do? Invade and capture Cuba for the US to install a military base... then lending it to his Russian friend? Nothing seems too far fetched, ridiculous or preposterous anymore.

The outright lack of a response is a response itself. The band Rush (?) said"If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice" That is exactly what is happening here. All this to distract from the epstein files. I really do expect the fanta menace to declare martial law in about 4 months and then we are really cooked.

Cuba is mighty close to Mar-a-Lago. He might want to be careful what he wishes for.

I remember standing in front of my school watching for the bright light to flatten fort worth and melt me. The Cuban Crisis.

Low key troops wondering if there’s better food in Cuba 🤔

The daily onslaught is difficult to keep up with. We are not meant to tolerate this abuse of our psyches.

WOW.......Were they to get help from other resources, how close is that to "mar", a lardo??

The challenge to take it seriously, is because Trump isn’t a serious President… That doesn’t mean he doesn’t do immense damage, but it’s hard to know and the public has become numb to figuring out what Trump means exactly when he is babbling. This is a Trump specific problem, not a existential crisis for the US. Let’s focus on the next election, rather than being alarmed at every meandering of what is left of Trump‘s mind. Eyes on the prize! We need a new Congress.

BTW....249 nautical miles from west coast points of interest and a 1 hour 19 minute flight, from/or to.......wow/omg/dadgum...just looked at a map with Fl and Cuba on it.....

Trump is dying -- and Congress is on holiday. Trump is a mad man who is driven to win. He will take us all down, the entire world to win. But he will not win so he will continue to destroy every living thing on Earth and take the Earth down as well. We may be driven into the dark ages or obliterated, but I take comfort knowing that one way or the other the Earth and nature will forge a way and survive man's death spiral. Right now, we must focus only on the mid-terms. Turn away from all distractions. Volunteer at the polls and keep calling Congress -- break the phones. And donate as much as you can to the numerous campaigns across our country fighting to unseat MAGA. This is urgent. We need everyone involved every day until the mid-terms engaged in full press action to get this one over the line. And if it all works out nicely then we need to never, ever take our eye off the ball again. www.indivisible.com

Just what the US needs, another welfare dependent state to support. Remember the expression from Colin Powell... you touch it , it becomes your problem. Every time the US tries to "rescue" another country, it does not go well. Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan. Now Iran, Venezuela and Cuba. Seriously??? Look at our national debt.

Going back further the Spanish American war of 1898. The Treaty of Paris (1898) ceded Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Philippines to the U.S. In the last 10 years PR has cost US $50 billion to support only 3 million population. We gave up on the Philippines as we sank a ton there as well, unappreciated.
