It still does not matter. He is still here. Until he is gone, it will just spiral down. Into the maelstrom. Does not offer us answer. Democrats need a long term offensive plan. Not a short term fix. Learn how to message. Learn how to play the politics.
Probably every billionaire on earth has some sort of brain rot that has less to do with cognitive dysfunction and the fact that their brains are not similar to the brains of human beings.
Trump isn’t thinking this stuff up on his own he has a lot of people manipulating him simply by stroking his insatiable ego. That’s what his new boyfriend Benjamin Netanyahu did. Trump is surrounded by yes men who are crooked and morally depraved. He also has some smart people from corporate who are pulling his strings. After wrong, Trump has been Putin‘s puppet for decades. Trump is the puppet of the corporate elites in America and he is the puppet of corrupt world leaders like his other boyfriend Kim Jong-un
Trump could be gone tomorrow but the stench would remain and until there is a complete house cleaning and every billionaire on the planet is brought to justice nothing is going to change for humanity. Hitler didn’t do the holocaust without a lot of help and Trump hasn’t destroyed democracy and the really economy without a lot of help either.
You and I need to talk David. The difference between us is simple. I don’t have a cottage industry making money by pointing out the obvious to my readers regarding Trump and the depraved people who run the world. I offer solutions and clarity on how to end this fascism and the post truth era.
Stephen Miller is the puppet master! I think he uses Trump's dementia to get his personal agenda passed. And I think they're all lying to Trump just a stroke his ego so they can do what they want and don't get caught doing things they shouldn't be doing.
Stephen Miller is an evil man. It is not unusual for an evil man to lie in order to improve his position. Anyone who chooses to believe an evil man is either a fool, naive, not paying attention or just does not care about the truth anymore.
Stephen Miller seeks to hurt those he considers 'beneath' him, either out of hate, contempt or simple greed.
"Donald Trump ... also bizarrely stated that he prefers to see negative economic statistics so that interest rates can come down."
Actually there is an element of truth to that. The entire reason the Fed raises interest rates is in order to suppress the economy (house purchases etc) resulting in fewer jobs and the associated wage suppression that goes with it, so that fewer people have money, so that 'supply and demand' results in lower prices. Usually when the inflation goes down the Fed reduces interest rates.
Problem is, we have the fewer jobs and wage suppression without the lower inflation. They are supposed to lower inflation. They did not lower inflation. In large part due to Trump's policies impacting food supply, gas supply, large tariffs on most imports, his enabling of AI and the economy as a whole.
Usually we get inflation when the economy is 'over-heated' and this is considered 'bad' because banks lose money on their loans when inflation is high, and the Fed is there to protect the banks (not you). What we have here is called Stagflation, which is not good.
Trump has no fix for this, is not interested in 'fixing' anything (except to 'fix' the election), has no interest in governing and never accepts responsibility for anything.
The real philosophy behind this madness is to ultimately drive the economy off the cliff. Those, in the know, with money can then scoop up the real estate, stocks and everything else of value for cheap. Someone once said they love bankruptcy.
Sadly, I can not argue with you on this, it is quite possibly the point of the exercise. Not sure that Trump is driving this, or is being driven. Not sure if this is from his wealthy handlers or from Putin. All I know is, it is not good from my perspective.
When you look at our national debt in the trillions, you have to ask who in the hell would buy into that insanity? No bank or hedge fund (well maybe bitcoiners) would invest in anything whose debt is beyond redemption.
The system is rigged to force banks and other governments to buy our junk debt. China would not hold a trillion unless they go some advantage. It is an international country club (cabal) that keeps spinning the ball, hoping it does not stop.
I appreciate your concern and coverage regarding Natalie Harp. Certainly there are questions about her influence and lack of a security clearance. However, I fear that the radical right is defending the "working woman" as a distraction from the major issues concerning most Americans, including: ending another Mideast war, affordable healthcare, affordable housing, reasonable inflation, a competent administration based on experience instead of loyalty, support for our allies, (we've become a laughing stock) and of course real transparency regarding the Epstein files. Let's not lose sight of our goals.

Thanks David for this.

It wasn’t free of charge. Now I’m never using Scott products.

These people are out of control and need to be removed from office. I can't state this loudly enough.
