Is it possible to have general election vote of No Confidence and throw him out if Congress, the Senate, the Supreme Court, the lower courts including the one who failed to sentence Trump for his convicted felonies and make him ineligible to be president also fail to serve the people by allowing this to continue LONG after somebody should have stopped him?
