It seems to me that the "out of control" was prior to his first term, during the election campaign where he made all kinds of incomgruous declarations and crazy accusations. If that part doesn't qualify, then "out if control" was certainly his plotting, claiming victory/stolen election etc. after he lost to Biden (in spite of all of the evidence he was having manufactured), and if it wasn't evident by that time, then surely the Jan 6th insurrection would take the cake as "out of control".
Not only was he allowed to run again, but he had support!! The people ALL accepted that behaviour from him. Some responded by cheering and buying his merch, some voted against him, and others responded by throwing their hands in the air, and staying home...but nobody was under any illusion of who Trump is (except maybe his actual supporters).
At that point, the entire world transferred the "out of control" label to the entire USA.
Now, your stock markets are about to lose ALL credibility with this new Truth Social scam, he has just invoked the Smoot-Hawley act, resumed bombing Iran, ballooned your national debt, and will blow your inflation out the roof.
If I understand correctly, Congress just voted to merge the US and Israeli militaries, thereby solidifying the pact of War Criminals, while sanctioning the ICC.. To the rest of the World, this does not just only look out of control...it looks more like strategic positioning for WW III... and we were allies just yesterday!

Well thought out and mostly agree. A better word for "Out of control" is chaos. Trump learned this from Roy Cohen his early lawyer. If you cannot convince them (jury/public), confuse them. Tell a lie and the damage it does lasts a lot longer than it takes for truth to prevail. We have a weak ineffective judicial system that was invented in the 1700's that is not up to the task of today's challenges. So guys like Trump take advantage of that.
Currently the "reflecting pool" disaster in DC. His contractors screwed up the repairs and Trump's fleet of cars drove into the pool ruining the coating before it dried. When it failed, he screamed sabotage and vandalism. Turns out those people who have been charged were the ones who discovered the damage. They did not cause it, they just revealed it.
The US and Israeli militaries are not combined. Sharing of technology yes and transfer of intelligence, but neither army answers to the other. For its size, the Israeli military is probably the finest in the world. Here is the smallest country surrounded by a millions of enemies and they still hold their own. My advice to the rest of the world, DO NOT FUK WITH THE ISRAELIS.
