They’re TURNING ON TRUMP: MAGA melts down over Epstein fiasco
MAGA figures like Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens turn on Trump over his handling of the Epstein scandal
Prominent MAGA influencers are beginning to break ranks with Donald Trump over his handling of the Epstein scandal. Figures like Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens are openly criticizing the lack of transparency around the Epstein client list—something they say Trump once promised to reveal. Tucker, in a tense exchange with Charlie Kirk, called out the deflection tactics being used in place of real answers, while Owens accused Trump of gaslighting the public. Even among those still supportive of Trump’s broader agenda, there’s growing discomfort over the contradiction between his rhetoric and the secrecy surrounding Epstein’s ties.
While some influencers like Charlie Kirk continue to toe the line—publicly trusting the administration and refusing to discuss Epstein—others, including Megyn Kelly, Tim Pool, and even Elon Musk, have voiced frustration or skepticism. What was once seen as a non-negotiable alliance within the MAGA ecosystem is beginning to fracture, particularly as Trump’s base is forced to reconcile their expectations with a reality that increasingly resembles the establishment politics they once railed against. The question now is whether Democrats will seize on this fracture—or steer clear.
