Obama lives rent-free in Trump’s head. He's so jealous because he will never have the respect that Obama has.

Or Obama’s brains and empathy.

Since T is so obsessed with Obama, how about building another Washington monument and call it the Obama monument. As the first Afro-American president I believes he deserves a special memorial perhaps near the Lincoln monument. Needs to be where T can see it every day. Maybe overlooking the reflecting pool.

I think that's a great idea

Trump said the Obama deal with Iran which was working just fine, was a “bad bad deal” but won’t explain how or why.

NanceeM's avatar

It's a technique: condemn, but with no explanation.

Deplorable Don started and lost an unnecessary war that got Americans killed, caused thousands of deaths, cost billions of dollars, and the world has even less respect for us now. For what? So we can give $324,000,000,000 to Iran? WTF???

Russ's avatar

If you cannot beat them (Iran), buy them instead, works in T's real estate world. What makes no sense is this sticks a knife in Israel's back. So much for Trump taking orders from Israel.

Don’t forget, even though this deal is terrible for America, it is excellent for the Trump family. The 300 b for reconstruction will go to Trump affiliated corporations, so as usual, Trump crime family wins, and we now see the real purpose for the war, other than to attempt to cover up the Epstein Files.

Great point! Every action Trump takes should be viewed through the lens of how it increases his wealth. Not sure why everyone still falls for his lies and scams.

This was always the intent. Congress will have a magnanimous job going after the perpetrators.

Everything trump touches turns to shit!

It's a fact!

EVERYTHING TRUMP DOES is a weak version of something someone else before him did! And WHY Some may ask?..well, easy! Because EVERYTHING ABOUT Trump IS weak, and he is only capable of being a FOLLOWER. I wonder if his "wife" learned her professional following skills from him?

Trump does not have the ability to explain something this important, truly. He is way out of his league to negotiate a good deal for America.

This is typical of everything he does. Biden had our country recovering nicely from Donnie’s first f’d up term. Then he proceeded to make it worse in less than two years into his second term. Obama had a deal in place which Donnie threw out, he started an unnecessary and unprovoked war, and is leaving the situation in Iran much worse than before. This is the result of not knowing what the fuck you’re doing and concentrating on getting your ass out of the many fires you’ve created, namely the JE files.

Eagerly awaiting the line-by-line comparison of the PedoPINO's "deal" and the JCPOA to see how they compare...I'm betting my whole dollar that the JCPOA was better in every way...

No deal with Iran is a good verifiable deal. The ceasefire is because we ran out of bombs and missiles and money to buy more. Allowing Iran to ship oil and not allowing other countries the same passage makes no sense. Allowing Iran to keep its offensive weapons just encourages them to rebuild and come at us again.

Chuck's avatar

...and our strategic oil reserve is at the lowest level in decades, so we are close to running out of oil (weird...I thought we actually produced more than any other country under Biden and now the PedoPINO and were technically energy independent...🤔)

Russ's avatar

That oil reserve should be treated as the highest priority and not just used so any president can tap it so they can get re-elected. Since we do have lots of oil, any drawdown should trigger a refill priority when the emergency is over.

We get most of our oil from Canada and Trump killed that. Canada now ships that oil abroad making more money than selling it to us. WTF does Trump think, or does he not think, just acts. Does Putin have some kind of string on him???

When the only two ways out of a stupid illegal war is surrender or genocide, there is only one choice. If you picked genocide then the US would forever be considered as another Nazi country and every other country would shun you. Probably forever. Trump and all of his minions should be tried for treason.

Russ's avatar

Agree on Trump, but disagree on your first sentence. Russia should be shunned by the rest of the world by the reasoning you give. Not so, they just had an economic summit and dozens of countries came. Europe would gladly run back to Russia for oil the minute Ukraine surrenders. China is also flexing its economic and military muscle. Yet the whole world bows down to them.

In international affairs, morality went out the door. As for Iran it is better they fear us than pretend by some junk deal would make them love and respect us. Trump talks big but carries a little stick.

Anyone with a brain knows there is no brain at 1600 Pennsylvania. The only thing extant there is a bag of feelings, resentment, and anger. Of course he and his enablers will not be held accountable.....for now.

Retribution works both ways. In politics as in life, you had best be nice to those on the way up as they will also be the same ones you meet on the way down.

David W. Sutton's avatar

David you missed the thread here. Obama's deal did not make Trump more rich or distract from his other crimes. Also just a reminder that if Trump's lips are moving, he is probably lying and the mainstream corporate media simply will NOT call him out or question him.

Russ's avatar

America's biggest mystery is why corporate America has bowed down to Trump. They have more money, power and lawyers than Trump will ever have. They have gone head to toe with all the federal agencies so that is nothing new. Except now they have readilly buckled when the FCC threatens broadcasting licenses. This is illegal and an obvious suppression of freedom of speech. I am shocked that industry has such weak knees, willing to fire Colbert just because Trump cannot handle the heat.
