I think that JD landing in KC and doing some attacks on Adam Hamilton running for Senate to replace Roger Marshall is just comical. Of course, Roger is also now paying for TV commercials, and the attacks are just dumb, they consist of things like Adam owns multiple houses and gave money to Joe Biden's campaign. In Kansas, most Democrats are fairly middle-ground, not left-wing at all and yet Roger and JD attempt to paint him as some communist. They definitely seem to know they have problems; I can't remember a time when I saw a Republican candidate for Senate put out commercials against a running Democrat, there have been plenty during primary season for the party, but not a general.
