Thanks David, I can't stand Caroline Sunshine and of course she once again brought up Biden, the Republicans are so pathetic as that's all they got, lame.

I don’t know if this is being tracked but there’s a global (yes global) shutdown of all legal immigration to the USA right now. It happened after 21st August when judge Vargas ruled the admins ban of 75 countries was illegal. In response the government shut it all down and pretends it’s for training. Thousands of American citizens and their spouses are now being forced to live apart. Some in total chaos or limbo. I myself am one of them. Stuck in a foreign country between two stages of interview with no explanation or reason spending thousands of dollars.

This is almost totally silent in any media so far as I can tell.

Very very sorry, about your situation. I’m Canadian. I’m hoping that soon, my government will start accepting “as Refugees”, any families that have documentation that the U.S.-gov’t is torturing in this way! (Better to live farther away from the equator, in the coming few decades, anyway. The heat and drought in the Summers!!)

Thanks Susan. I do love it in Canada; although I only went there in my Army days so can’t say I know it well. Saw it through a few whiskeys and younger mind haha.

I must say the fallout from this alone is going to be immense, globally shutting down such an expansive system like this is insane. The chaos and disruption is the point though, they don’t care about their own people let alone some folks from other nations. What I will say is while it’s a ridiculous situation and extremely sad, in comparison to some I am super privileged, the folks who truly are being treated horribly—my heart goes out to them and I hope they can stick out this s**t show till they’re reunited.

To be honest Canada could really capitalise on this entire political mess coming from south of its borders. And Europe, come to think of it.

Canada IS already benefiting from some of the U.S.’s stupid “exclusionary” moves: There was a Recruitment hub for Healthcare-Workers willing to move to Vancouver Island (not too frozen there, but very wet), called the “Healthcare Infusion” started by Tod Maffin (an ex-CBC journalist, now in digital marketing)… and now there are 44 “Healthcare Infusion” hubs around Canada. And, a new Federal Program has brought 64 new Serious Academic Leaders (48, from the USA) into our Universities …people whose Labs or Graduate-programs suffered capricious funding-cuts or “anti-DEI interrogations”, or threats over their own continuing Visas, etc. Yes, you might say that the USA is indeed “sending their best” northwards.

These programs include appropriate Visas for the immediate family, as needed!

That is very interesting, the long term effect could be very beneficial for Canada . Echos another time when intellectuals 'escaped' from repression and chaos !

Lara Trump pays tribute to the US Constitution and the checks and balances of the three branches of the federal government by demanding that the GOP keep Congress and rubberstamp everything her despicable father does.

I've been watching Adam Mockler for a couple years. Watch out for him.
