TRUMP UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR ESPIONAGE
Failed former President Donald Trump is now under criminal investigation for possible violations of the Espionage Act, concealment of documents, and obstruction of justice. The FBI warrant has been released, which approved the search of his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida and the seizure of eleven boxes of classified documents. Among the documents in Trump’s possession included papers with the “TS/SCI” mark, indicating a high level of government classification. Just because Trump is being investigated for possible Espionage Act violations doesn’t mean he’s accused of being a spy, as refusal to return highly sensitive documents to authorities can fall under this umbrella as well. Conviction of the three crimes Trump is being investigated for can result in fines and up to 33 years in prison. The former president’s political luck has turned ever since losing the 2020 election, and his circumstances could soon get a lot worse.
Single Democrat Easily Crushes 4 Fox News Clowns at Once
Jessica Tarlov, a Fox News “liberal” personality, single-handedly crushed four Trump brown-nosing right wingers on Fox’s “The Five” last week on the topic of the FBI raid on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home. Tarlov mentioned that the FBI subpoenaed Trump in June for the documents and he didn’t comply with the order, resulting in the search and seizure. Dan Bongino, who was also on the panel, said “you’re making that up,” which she was not. Bongino tried arguing that Trump’s lawyers were in contact with FBI agents, but that of course doesn’t mean Trump was complying with the subpoena. Then, co-host Dagen McDowell jumped in and made the argument that if the documents were so urgent, why did it take six weeks for the raid to happen? This is another talking point the right has been using, even though if the FBI acted quicker they would be saying it’s not appropriate to treat a former president in such a way by not giving him adequate time to respond. Finally, Bongino tried to divert from the conversation by brining up Hillary Clinton’s emails, which Tarlov mocked him for. Clearly, the right is still scrambling to find a suitable response to the FBI raid, and good for Jessica Tarlov for not allowing them to get away with their desperate attempts.

Fox News Praising Biden Jobs Looks Like Hostage Video
Maria Bartiromo had no choice but to talk about the strong July jobs numbers on her Fox News show last week, and it looked like she was being held hostage while doing it. The unemployment rate dropped to 3.5%, and the lower-third graphic on screen read “BETTER-THAN-EXPECTED 528,000 JOBS ADDED IN JULY.” Bartiromo said, “all areas of the economy actually saw job growth including leisure, hospitality, the services industry, the industrial industry. That’s all good news. The bad news: this ensures we are going to see a Federal Reserve that stays as aggressive as ever.” Maria went on to make the case that the jobs report gave the Fed the green light to continue aggressively hiking interest rates to combat inflation and this could be bad in the short term for the stock market. Of course, if the jobs report underperformed, that would also be twisted as a way to claim the economy was bad, and of course that Joe Biden was in some way responsible for it.

Alex Jones Sent Non-Consensual Nude Pics of His Wife to Roger Stone
Mark Bankston, the plaintiff’s attorney in the Alex Jones / Sandy Hook family defamation lawsuit, revealed last week that Jones sent a non-consensual nude picture of his own wife to Trump confidant Roger Stone. Bankston received years worth of text messages from Jones’s attorney, who infamously never recognized the mistake or moved to make the communications privileged. He was then able to catch Jones in a number of lies on cross-examination, leaving the Infowars scrambling to explain away his contradictions. Then last week, Bankston went on The Young Turks for an interview with Ana Kasparian and mentioned that in Jones’s texts, he saw the nude photo sent to Stone. Bankston said, “when I see that, and I don’t see any indication that it was [consensual], I’m concerned something might not be on the up and up with that. There are certainly laws in certain states about that.” Since this has come out, Jones’s wife Erika Wulff Jones has confirmed that the sending of the picture was non-consensual, meaning Alex may have gotten himself into even more trouble.
