You know what inquiring minds want to know? Is Josh Hawley in a love relationship with a certain NHL player? If so? How long? And is Speaker Mike Johnson in love with a certain political operative at Heritage Foundation? Is pedophilia likely to be legalized in lieu of the thousands of hours of investigations of Republican politicians who are guilty of it?

His swollen hands are possibly from IVG Therapy for vitamin, electrolytes and minerals. His swollen ankles are indicative of acute vascular failure. His leaning forward posture with his legs apart gives his abdomen room to hang down relative to congestive heart disease. His obsession with Coca Cola, lack of sleep, his obesity, increasing outburst all are contributing factors to his declining health both mental and physical.

"Tapper examines how concerns about Biden’s mental fitness have been handled in the media and political spheres, highlighting the challenges of reporting on such a sensitive topic amid widespread misinformation. He also reflects on the broader difficulties journalists face in maintaining integrity and accountability in a highly polarized environment."

Yes, but did he address his role in the problems created.

We have created the myth of a studly superman needed to be our president, rather than an effective team builder with wisdom and experience, capable in his environment to ensure the smooth and proper running of the government and able to intelligently, with compassion to address the needs of the nation. Nope, got to handle stressful situations late in the evening surrounded by hostile people while standing, with every second recorded on camera and examined by enemies and people with unreal expectations.

I am old and have an older brother 9 years older. His memory is failing, but in the stream of consciousness, talking about the profession he retired from about two decades ago, he is still as sharp as ever.

I have never had a good memory for names or faces, or even with numbers, and yet I was a successful engineer, but somebody with false expectations might assume if I stumble over a name or date that I was in 'decline', simply because I am old. I do get tired more easily, so I sit down, but I found in my career, I always thought more clearly, with better creativity when sitting. So was I always senile??? Biden out negotiated the Republican house on a constant basis. Biden gathered nations together to sanction Russia and support Ukraine. Whether you agree with every choice Biden made or not, he did the job.

The optics were bad because Trump lies, is a bully and does not even try to answer the questions posed to him, whereas, on the spot, standing after a long day, Biden answered in paragraphs and stumbled at the end of a sentence, which he had done throughout his life. Rather than support Biden for his re-election, which would have been the safe move, democrats sabotaged Biden, whether out of fear of Trump, or out of confidence Trump would lose and wanting Harris to win, it will be hard to know, but they panicked or opportunistically pressured Biden to quit by basically publicly undermining his candidacy, giving Trump an easy path to exploit. So they pushed forth another woman to oppose Trump, because that worked so well the first time, and made sure she was Black and Indian just to help motivate the racists as well as the misogynists. Harris ran a great campaign, for a classic campaign saying all the right things with detailed policy statements to all the special interest groups... While Trump attacked and lied, accused and promised everything, setting completely unrealistic expectations.

The press attacked Biden, after all they had been given 'permission' by BOTH parties to do so, as Tapper showed us again with his very well publicized book. Whereas to attack Trump's fitness, after ALL the news coverage of all his trials and other legal problems apparently seemed unfair, or 'too much' for the well balanced impartial journalist... But to be clear, Biden was MUCH more coherent that Trump ever was.

So, I will wait until Tapper goes all in on Trump's mental, psychological and physical problems, before I give him any credibility, because Biden is old news and Trump is the President, so obviously much more important and relevant for someone in the NEWS business.

The coverage of Tapper's book seems designed to give cover for Trump ("well, at least he isn't Biden", ignoring that Harris was the chosen candidate) and to make the people who voted for Trump over Harris to feel better about themselves somehow, by shifting the blame to Biden for how the election went.

Wow, that was excellent, I almost want to cut and paste, print this for a poster on my wall. Everything you said also came from me and I am amazed. I saw Biden speak coherently all of the time but when he stumbled the attacks came quickly. My father had a horrific stutter, couldn't even say our last name and I went through a few periods in my life with the same affliction. At near 70, I pause when I speak in fear of stuttering, it is awful, people are cruel.

Your post needs more attention, thank you Douglas.

"Bill O’Reilly exhibited confusion on NewsNation—claiming Epstein was arrested and died under Biden and Merrick Garland. In reality, Epstein was arrested and died in 2019 under Trump, with Bill Barr as Attorney General. When corrected, O’Reilly froze, visibly unsure how to respond."

O’Reilly froze, in FEAR, for he was setting up the implication of guilt belonging to the democrats, when suddenly realizing he had not done his homework and had just implicated Trump in the crime. The FEAR was what Trump would do to him for Trump has no tolerance for, or forgiveness for mistakes that make him look bad.

My husband has congestive heart failure. He is a heavy man and he has those exact symptoms. Swollen ankles and legs, bruises on his hands and arms. I think that could also be a problem with kidneys from what I understand. We’ll probably never know. My husband has had a quadruple heart bypass also. He’s had a stroke which thank God was a mild one, and he has had a mild heart attack. There’s no telling what’s gonna happen to Trump.

The most important thing we can do is keep the pressure on the Epstein connection with Trump. We all know what went down, and the evidence should not stay hidden. A crime is a crime no matter who commits it. The law applies to all of us, including the rich and the powerful.

We know that the Bloated Yam is in terrible physical shape...as are his followers, looking at their weight problems as they tried to storm the US Capitol.

But they don't care.

Yes, but most will admit to it and address the potential underlying medical issues. Trump will not until one day he falls over dead, or goes completely senile... he is in decline, and I really do not care when it hits, but I expect it to start getting critical by the 2026 elections.

When it does it will be hard for even Fox news to deny his unfitness for office, but they will try.

He's an overweight, 80 year old man with a severely bad diet. Of course he has swollen ankles and veiny hands. I'd be surprised if he didn't have cholesterol and diabetes problems as well. That is the least of the countries problems. You need to be focusing on the fact he is a total fking maniac, not his health.

Trump will never allow it. He forces them to lie for him, based on the Physician/Patient confidentiality.
