Personally I want a number. We know the FBI flagged everywhere Trump's name was mentioned, the questions is, how may times. you know they have the number. Saying "multiple times" is what somebody says when they don't want to admit that they did a 'bad thing' hundreds of times.
I just hope the next administration gives us that number.
DAVID G GUTHRIE is a 60+ year old man who brutally raped my son, 12 at the time, in the boys bathroom from 2018-2020 when he attended Einstein Middle School in Shoreline Wa. He taught in the Shoreline school district # SSD 412 beginning in 1995. He also worked at Shorewood High School.
An attorney stated his grooming was advanced making it highly likely there are other victims. Please dm me if you’d like to join a class action.
Mr. Pakman. I am a subscriber to your website. For months I have been writing, begging to unsubscribe. I am a senior citizen who is disabled and cannot afford this. I have written numerous times, spent hours on your website trying to find a way to unsubscribe and even called your tip line… all to no avail. No one will respond and you just keep attacking my debit card. I am now convinced your organization is a scam, since no one will respond or help me. I will contact you with the same message on Substack… I am not on any other social media. Please, help! This has been a nightmare for months and it should not be impossible to unsubscribe! You do not even bill your customers through conventional means that help people unsubscribe, such as Apple or PayPal… and no one will respond to the half dozen letters I’ve written. Please help! I am going to begin to post on your YouTube videos, what you are doing to me because I am desperate. Your videos act like you care about democracy but you are as much of a crook as anyone you criticize when you steal money from a disabled senior.
"He stresses that Democrats must honestly address why they’re losing support by focusing on real issues like housing and cost of living, showing they’re willing to fight for working families rather than relying on empty messaging."
I hear a lot of this kind of talk, but absolutely no effort by anyone, certainly not the DNC, or Democratic leadership in congress, or any of the large number of pundits making any effort to create a 'home space' for discussing these policies, actions, plans to create the message that people can respond to. Individual congress people are not going to get a lot of traction with three or even ten policies, because the problems are huge. The needed cures will likely be 'radical' so individuals will not be credible that their policies will ever become law, but if there was a central 'plan' that others could point to, contribute to, sign up to support... suddenly it becomes more credible. People can have hope if they vote for it, it might even happen someday.
Whoever created that 'home space' would certainly become elevated in credibility...
Better solutions for housing would be to nationalize House insurance, you know, for fire, floods, hurricanes, that sort of thing that lenders really need to protect their investment. the other thing would be to create a national home loan resource that gaurantees very low (either zero or just based on inflation) interest rates for everybody. For too long the banks have been getting fat of of these loans, and ripping off the poor even more with higher interest rates. The required home insurance protected the bulk of their 'risk'.
Making more profit for homeowners to sell when there is already special tax deals to protect a lot of their profit. If they wanted to just increase 'mobility, tie the tax deal to the puchase of another home, as long as they only have one (or maybe two) home. In other words, lots of things that can be done to help home buyers, but that is not what Trump is doing.
Tired of businesses making money by 'selling' or renting money in a system that makes having a home so incredibly expensive. 30 year interest rate almost doubles the cost of purchase. and you have to typically have 20% down, which is harder to get ahead enough to do that when you are paying rent. Insurance is based on the business model of collecting your money and trying to figure out how to avoid paying out for legitimate claims.
