Republicans have all the off-ramp options in the world in front of them and none of them want to take them. They’re all complicit in letting this mad king take us down.

Dear David! Please don't build a false hope for people. We shouldn't wait for Trump's health in order to defeat Fascist MAGA. I remember when in Iraq people were waiting for Saddam Hussein's health to fail but it was always a disappointing hope. It's not about Trump but it's about an entire Republican Party that turned into Fascistic Party. We should focus on his failures and lies.

Carol Nelson's avatar

That’s very true!🇺🇸

Sohel, I completely understand what you’re saying, but I took this article as David was pointing out the hypocrisy in the American people as well as those in Trumps regime in regards to the health of the American President whom ever that will be at any given time.

To be fair: once their Dear Leader godking slithers down to Hell . . . that's pretty much it! There are ZERO charismatic Trumplicans in the regime save Bunkerboy.

Sohel Bahjat's avatar

The problem is that Pedophilicans do not need a charismatic leader but a lying clown like Trump! JD is trying to do just that.

Trump thinks that killing the leader will result in a regime change. What is likely is that a new leader will emerge because there are thousands within the regime with a lot to lose if there is a total shift in politics. But then he is a simpleton and the national village idiot with his doppelganger in the Department of Defense. Neither of whom knows anything more than bragging about their powerful wonderfulness while their diapers and brains are full of caca.

The U.S. government named the assault “Operation Epic Fury.” Iran state media reported the strikes killed at least 200 people, including 118 students from a girls’ school, and wounded more than 700.

In June 2025, the Trump administration struck Iran’s nuclear laboratories at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, after which Trump insisted the U.S. had “completely obliterated” Iran’s nuclear facilities.

Trump did not mention the landmark 2015 nuclear deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), negotiated by Trump’s predecessor Barack Obama, that limited Iran’s nuclear capabilities. Trump withdrew the U.S. from that accord in 2018, and within a year, Iran was ignoring the limits the JCPOA imposed.

Given the stupefyingly overt corruption of the Trump administration,” Snyder wrote, “one must ask whether the United States armed forces are now being used on a per-hire basis.” Snyder noted that Gulf Arab states eager to curb Iran’s power “have generated extremely generous packages of compensation for companies associated with Trump personally and with members of his family.”

Trump launched his attack while lawmakers were not scheduled to be in Washington, D.C., for a week, but Democrats are demanding Congress return immediately to vote on whether to continue military action against Iran. Senator Andy Kim (D-NJ) said in an interview: “This is one of the most dangerous efforts that Trump is undertaking in the second term: trying to normalize war without Congress, trying to normalize the idea that a president can just do whatever they want when it comes to foreign policy.” Huge though this is, there is a larger issue behind it: Since taking office again, Trump has gone out of his way to define tariffs, deportations, and so on as part of national security policy.

Trump’s attack on Iran scorns the will of the people and their constitutional right to decide whether they want to pay for a war with their money and their lives. That disdain for democratic government reveals that Trump’s military adventure against Iran is also fundamentally an attack on the United States of America.

The Iran Nuke deal was one of the worst deals ever. For supposedly not developing nukes, they were still able to process uranium to just a tinsy bit before nuke grade. No limits on ICBMs (missiles) development that could deliver nukes. They had to be prior notified of any inspections and military bases were off limits. It was a screaming joke, that did little to tame their "Down With America" goal. Absolutely humiliating to the USA. It did nothing to stop Iranian arms trade in the middle east.

The deal NOT A TREATY, was not sent to the Senate for confirmations because it was so rotten even snibbing Repubs would not approve it.

Not a Trump supporter, but on this I give him credit. A bad deal is not better than no deal.

MaryKay's avatar

Just sayin...they have so many of the religious leaders over there. Killing ( if it proves true) WILL NOT STOP THEIR CULTURAL NORMS AND BEHAVIORS. So, one person along with many innocent children and others are dead because Trump thought this will stop what they do? Historically U.S. has become involved in matters of the Middle East using military engagement. So anyone can google if you do need a refresh on how that worked out 😐.

Russ's avatar

This has got to be one of the most ironic actions of history. The leaders of Iran spend years creating the goal of "Down with the USA" and guess what? They get buried instead. Do not threaten the USA, see what can happen? If you do not like us, then you can fear us.

I share your skepticism, but take the opposite view. Let say we ignore them and let them do whatever they want. Do you think the outcome would be better? Think not.

All those who still believe invading Iraq was wrong for the mistaken belief of WMD. What do you think would have happened if Saddam Hussein were left in power? Do you seriously believe he would not have WMD long before now? We found out he and his sons were evil to the core. They ground up those they did not like for fun.

Confronting evil is messy and not permanent. We swat flies, knowing they will come back. You do the best you can at the time. The world is much better off without Saddam and the Iranian boogymen. Yes they will find replacements, but those will be looking over their shoulder as well.

The one with him unable to speak - like he's barking - and making repeated strange erratic movements is much much much more concerning. Fronto-temporal dementia causes that kind of broca's aphasia. It could be continued TIAs (strokes) but between that and his gait and his forward lean and his forgetfulness and not able to get the right word out and this happening continually - for anyone with any knowledge and eyes with which to see - it's dementia.

He's a psychopath too. Add Power over the war machine with psychopathy and dementia and we are all in extreme danger.

Terri's avatar

Dr. David Gartner has done some great coverage of tRump's cognitive decline, explaining that what we are watching is the meltdown of someone with Malignant Narcissism topped with Frontotemporal dementia (FTD). His work explains the type of behaviors we are seeing in play for the past 10 years, and explains implosion of his ego as he is falling apart.

Kolokia's avatar

I have heard all that he has to say and I tend to disagree with him on the malignant narcissism because I think it's more serious and for him to go to that next level might be too dangerous for him as a professional. I believe it's psychopathy which will include malignant narcissism, just not sound as bad - but it's much worse. A malignant narcissist can still exhibit some guilt, but a psychopath has zero. A narcissist doesn't have the same enjoyment in other people's suffering for the suffering sake that a psychopath does and MN has a more nurture aspect where psychopathy is pure nature. Trump through rocks at babies when he was a child. He is a psychopath in my view since birth which is terrifying enough, but yes, that FTD is right on top of that personality disorder of his. What you call these things when looking in the DSM can come into play here, but if you look into psychopathy, you will see that Trump fits it to a T.

Russ's avatar

Seems like this fits better"

Paranoid schizophrenia. A chronic mental health disorder characterized by intense, irrational, and persistent delusions (false beliefs of persecution or grandeur) and auditory hallucinations (hearing voices).

Symptoms

Delusions: Believing others are spying, plotting against, or trying to harm them. These are persistent false beliefs. A person who has a delusional belief usually won't change their mind even if faced with strong evidence.

Hallucinations: Hearing voices, though visual hallucinations can occur.

Suspiciousness & Fear: Extreme mistrust of others, constant feelings of being watched.

Cognitive & Behavioral Changes: Disorganized thinking, anger, and anxiety.

Kolokia's avatar

Have you ever spent time with any schizophrenics?

I'm afraid it actually doesn't fit at all.

He does have paranoia, but that can be part of the narcissism that is part of psychopathy and definitely part of the dementia. Paranoia is a very common symptom of dementia.

The disorganized thinking has been increasing over time for him which fits more with the dementia. Schizophrenia is extremely rare to develop late in life where dementia is common for a man his age.

Also, he shows the gait changes, the forward leaning and the Broca's aphasia that are all very clear symptoms of fronto-temporal dementia and not of schizophrenia.

Russ- STFU sounding stupid

Russ's avatar

Never had the "displeasure" to be around them. Not a doctor, but you are framing this as common elder dementia. I maintain he has been this way for decades and has now progressed to dementia. How would you describe Stalin, Hitler and Mao? They did not die of dementia.

It is only since he became Humpty Dumpty that it became our problem and not just his. Regardless of how it finally gets diagnosed, his brain needs checking.

Kolokia's avatar

It's dementia whether common or not or even age-related or not because of the symptoms which fit dementia perfectly and do not fit schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is dramatically different. Painting anyone that is a psychopath as a schizophrenic is a horrible thing to do. Please don't. Schizophrenia is an illness where they are more likely to hurt themselves than anyone else. You seem to have very little experience or actual knowledge on this subject and therefore are adding to incorrect and dangerous stereotypes that do harm.

Kolokia's avatar

I think you want to pick something that "sounds bad" to describe Trump that would tie him to a mental illness that other dictators likely have had.

Russ, this would be the psychopathy. It doesn't sound as bad to you as someone with little knowledge to be as "bad" as schizophrenia. Being afraid of something doesn't make it true. Trump threw rocks as babies when he was a young child according to a family member. The onset of schizophrenia develops in males between the ages of 15 and 25. Dementia can happen at any age but is most common later in life. Psychopathy however starts at birth. People are born that way. Psychopathy means that a person will have zero empathy, only cares about themselves, manipulates and the suffering of others means nothing to them. This is how his own family members have described how he has been his entire life. Psychopaths can rise to power in organizations and many politicians can be psychopaths. It doesn't sound as bad, but for society it's probably the worst thing a person can be. People call Trump a malignant narcissist, but that isn't even as bad as a psychopath and it is part of psychopathy. Narcissists are still capable of some guilt. A psychopath will have zero guilt or even regret.

A psychopath with so much power getting dementia and be so far along as Trump is with his broca's aphasia (look it up) is very very scary.

When it comes to other dictators they are often considered to be psychopaths but are NOT schizophrenics. A schizophrenic would not be able to rise to the level of power that we are talking about here.

Antisocial Personality Disorder is diagnosed via symptoms not via testing. Dementia however is evaluated via testing and the "IQ Tests" that Trump brags about all the time are actually tests for dementia.

All that we need to do is demand that his medical records be released. The dementia I would bet heavily upon was already proven. Just him getting tested for dementia so frequently like he brags about would indicate that there were findings and therefore retesting to evaluate the progression.

Anyone that actually knows much about any of these issues would find this all to be quite obvious.

Of course he’s addled. The problem is, he’s still too useful to the regime. Nothing makes them move from him. Not the raping of children. Not going to war when the entire campaign was about not going to war. Not when the economy is so down and employment with it. Nothing will do it except us replacing the corrupt republicans.

I loathe Trump as much or more than most and want him permanently gone.

However, that video did not show any kind of disfunction that would raise red flags to me of an almost 80 year old man. Unfortunately, for his age, lifestyle and the grueling pace of his job, I think he is doing better than most 80 year olds. I wish he wasn't but it's not practical to think that he's worse off than he is. Sadly, I think he's gonna be around for awhile unless we can get him removed from office. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The hypocrisy and unequal treatment are flagrant. That said, I don't see anything particularly noteworthy in this clip either. He's old and pretty low energy, but I've seen other more concerning events, especially when he's speaking. While there are plausible explanations for the contrast, Biden looked more frail and unsteady.

I completely agree. My husband is the same age as trump and is on a lot of meds and has physical problems associated with aging but he doesn't have one foot in the grave, for heavens sake. Trump's greedy, law-scoffing personality is what makes him unfit. I wouldn't even call his schedule grueling. The man doesn't have to do ANYTHING but follow the schedule set out for him and spout into a microphone , which is second nature to him.

Trump makes Biden look like a mensa athlete....right wing double standards and hypocrisy are fuel for what is actually going down.

What is happening is also taking place around the globe at breakneck speed.

It is a hostile takeover of democracies by autocratic billionaire backed forces whom want to control global finances and commerce.

Their goal eventually will be one world government one world bank and ruled by one autocratic dick tater.

NEW WORLD ORDER. Pure and simple.

I hate Trump. To anyone with the ability to think objectively it is a no-brainer, the guy is the scum of the earth. Also, there are obvious issues with his health, and serious questions that most likely will never be addressed about his cognitive state. I mean, in reality, Trump in his prime was not mentally equipped to handle this job, but David I have watched a number of videos where you make the claim that the video demonstrates Trump's deteriorating condition, and often times I don't see it. I value David's opinion immensely, and admittedly it is possible that I am missing something that others see, but I have to wonder if the claims made by David in some of these videos detract from the argument of Trump's overall fitness?
