Republicans are running a two-track strategy. Trump is publicly unraveling, giving reckless interviews detached from reality. At the same time, the party is quietly polishing JD Vance as a calmer messenger for the same MAGA ideology. The latest example was the Megyn Kelly sit-down interview, which wasn’t journalism, but a rebrand. Vance wasn’t challenged, he was presented as reasonable and presidential. That’s the danger. He keeps the ideology while stripping away the chaos, positioning himself as the front man for 2028.
That polish clashes with Trump’s NBC interview, which played more like a rally than journalism. Trump bulldozed questions, floated a bizarre $10.5 billion IRS lawsuit, and joked through discussions of warrants, deficits, and federal power. When Jeffrey Epstein came up, he deflected, blamed the Clintons, and framed accountability as persecution. There was no substance, just grievance and word salad meant to exhaust the audience.
On immigration, the data shreds Trump’s narrative. A 30-year analysis from the right-leaning Cato Institute shows immigrants are a massive net economic benefit, paying trillions more in taxes than they consume in services, even including undocumented immigrants. Every year shows a surplus. Immigration lowers long-term deficits, while mass deportations would spike them and shrink the economy.
That gap between rhetoric and reality is showing on the ground. In a Minnesota courtroom, a DOJ attorney admitted, “the system sucks, this job sucks,” after being buried under dozens of immigration cases and asked to explain why DHS keeps ignoring court orders. She couldn’t, because no one above her would answer.
Finally, in 2024 many were pulled toward Trump not by ideology but by frustration, insecurity, and feeling ignored. That support is now collapsing. Trump validated their anger but delivered nothing in return. Housing isn’t cheaper, jobs aren’t more stable, and life isn’t easier. That leaves this group persuadable, and Trump’s grip far weaker than it once appeared.

What is more important than Trump‘s temperament regarding his participation in child rape with his buddy Epstein is that everyone in Epstein‘s orbit end up facing justice and I don’t care if that justice comes from a court of law which it probably won’t or if it comes from a baseball bat swung by the father or brother of one of the Epstein/Trump victims.
Let’s be honest, when it comes to the courts in America, they don’t prosecute billionaires or corporate criminals. At minimum these subhumans should be castrated anything else would be a crime against all humanity.
