He got more major legislation done inside of the two years he was allowed than any other president I am aware of, certainly since Roosevelt. He was working with the slimmest of majorities in congress, especially with a 50 Democrat 'majority' with two of them being very 'conservative'.
Biden ended the pandemic with aggressive roll out of the vaccines, which Trump had done nothing to ensure they would actually get to the people (other than to sign a piece of paper allowing expedited development procedures with the FDA).
Biden recovered the economy and it was improving daily. Biden's administration addressed and helped solve the completely fouled up 'supply chain issues' that prompted the high inflation, which we felt much less than most other developed nations.
Trump lied to make Biden look bad. Yes, it was time to let go, but most people in the middle of the job would find it hard to let go. For the record, Presidents cannot directly control grocery prices. Corporations controls grocery prices. Government agencies do not directly control food prices but may influence them through policies or investigations into market behavior.
Not sure what your point is. While the president does not set the price of candy bars, his tariffs have direct effect on trade which forces prices going up. Govt policies have direct effect on stock market. Very useful for congress to pad their stock portfolios.

Getting meaningful statistics on the car industry is difficult. I did a lot of goggle searches. It is obvious many of the articles are written by industry ghost writers hyping electric cars and ICE vehicles. Despite dealer lots filled with unsold inventory, many articles suggest sales are fine.
China is the worlds leader in EVs. Using their production distorts actual world wide production when combined. My best guess is what I see on the road myself. Just a few Teslas here and there. Teslas depreciate worse than most and repairs exceed ICE. When the battery dies, it is worthless.
My point is Tesla stock is overvalued at $439 and climbing based on what?
