There have been several psychiatric specialists who have said that due to his dementia, he actually believes some of the stories he’s made up. It’s called ‘confabulation’. Dr. Henry Abraham said it on a Substack. I don’t remember which one, but I remember him saying it.
He, “it,” & his henchmen slither 🐍 along creating untold chaos, starting an unnecessary war, losing former allies the USA could count on & vise versa. People are losing lives due to 47 & his inept grifter regime! RFK brings shame to his family name. Much like Hegs- -t’s mom’s warning during the vetting process, bullied politicians neither see nor hear. Our country’s loss!
Dementia on top of narcissism easily accounts for him being able to project himself into any historical event that he sees as heroic. Wait till he makes claims like he crossed the Delaware instead of Washington to defeat the British. or he actually authored the text of the Declaration of Independence, not Thomas Jefferson. Watching him you can easily observe that his grip on reality is frequently slipping. When that occurs he can no longer relate to the situation or people around him because his mind has drifted into one of his obsessions or delusions. That is when the outbursts and diatribes unrelated to the situation or question he was asked erupt, sometimes violently. If you have spent time around elderly dementia individuals who had to be moved into a care setting for their, own or other people's protection, you see exactly the same behaviors exhibited.

My dad had a weird laugh and smile when he know it was BS. He never said anything or confronted people.
