I mostly agree with your message, but use punctuation for God's sake, unless you are trying to mock Trump. In that case, keep at it.

Thank you, David. I’d like to make one point about Trump’s different writing style., or more like the lack of. I noticed right away. And this wasn’t something I noted recently but for some time. it’s very obvious that in the complete sentences, instead

of the disjointed regular sentences he normally uses. Also was vocabulary that he’s incapable of to me. It really stood out and I said to myself hmm 🤔 someone else is writing his articles, someone else behind the scenes is controlling his media output. It’s so many different things I noticed like the way he capitalizes letters or all the exclamation marks!!!! he uses. The way his sentences only say a couple words and then everything else is rambling. It’s so evident that I was surprised no one else said anything. It’s very apparent “bigly that it’s not Trumps style but thank you for bringing into our attention. I’d like to ask the readers, did you also notice?

I’m not going anywhere! I’m Canadian but with being able to read, hear and watch, educated people like yourself, you’ve given me insight on what is happening in someplace in my own country. Thank you David for all you do to inform and educate!

The trash out the windows reminds me of an angry wife who just caught her husband d cheating and is tossing him out of the house.

I feel a scense of symbolism in that is what the citizens of the USA shoukd do, toss Trump and his cronies out.

On a literal note it is probably some one doing it as a talking points knowing it would get on video.

I am a subscriber through your website therefore I wanted to weight in on the Wired claims regarding who you work for.

You separate fact from your opinion something I appreciate. While I enjoy your analysis I do not always agree. I like diverse opinions as long as they are well thought out and not just baseless word vomit.

I don't depend on you or anyone else to think for me therefore even if the claims were true it doesn't matter because my brain works independently.

I like your show and frankly don't give a damn about fictitious claims. No evidence just accusations.

The 2 types of progressives: Pragmatic (concensus) vs. Revolutionary (purity testing)

David Pakman explained it further in the podcast:

There are 2 types of progressives

**"Pragmatic progressives"**: who can compromise, work together in a coalition with centerists/ third way democrats and are more incrementalist (willing to accept more gradual change)

**"Revolutionary progressives"** who love to "purity test", typically hold more extreme views with some actually embracing full blown socialism/late stage capitalists. They're also more prone to believe in conspiracy theories

**"Purity testing"** is "If you don't believe everything woke, then you're a fascist and I cancel you". Typically there's no room for debate, it turns off centrists and is honestly **toxic behaviour**

**Studies suggest** that when people on the left "purity test" that it's used to inflate their egos and assert social dominance.

**In my own personal experiece**

Some of them are deranged people who shouted **"Genocide Joe"** and proudly stayed home on election night despite Trump being an obvious fascist/dictator wannabe who would be a massive

disaster for the country

When I debated these people before election day, **they were honestly so obnoxious, insufferable and single minded, that it made me start to dislike the Palestinians and the entire Gaza issue for dividing the left.**

When I debate them now, they usually deny their culpability if they stayed home and blame the democrats for the current situation

These people are the "Revolutionary progressives"

TLDR: There is a faction of progressives who obnoxiously purity test everyone and they're usually insufferable and it's **toxic behavour**

I'm a pragmatic, and concensus builder myself.

I have been saying this for months, but will say it again. I firmly believe we need to do quite a bit of education so people can analyze evidence for themselves. Media literacy. Critical thinking. We need to reach out to these folks who are reacting to what they see and hear, but without reacting to it until they actually think it through. I don't really know how, but I think independent content creators will need to "walk through" the process of media literacy so it is modeled for other viewers. To me, it appears people simply don't know how to take what they hear or read to make it make sense in a bigger picture. Without these skills, people will not be able to really understand how campaign platforms will impact them directly. The media comprehension among most Americans is not good. If Democrats want to win, people must learn how to understand the platforms and how they will impact us all.
