There are restaurants who don’t serve police because of the police brutality and their own criminality. I wouldn’t go that far when it comes to civilian law-enforcement because I think civilian law-enforcement can be reformed into what it was intended to be which is serve and protect. Not all of Jersey is for the death penalty. It was abolished in New Jersey in 2007 and therefore, I doubt your state stands for death row of anyone generally or legally. Minnesota abolished the death penalty in 1911.

Military service is now voluntary, in older times we had the draft that brought together men from all walks of life. That is gone, now populated with lower socioeconomic groups. Public service is looked down on. If everyone had to serve in some capacity such as prison guard or nursing home aid, we might have a better sense of community.
Healthcare. This should be available for all. It is now treated as a benefit related to work. I bet a lot of Trumpers do not have health insurance. If all of us had universal healthcare insurance, some of the animosity might melt.
Taxes. A working person on salary or hourly does not get any tax breaks. Wealthy do. Stop the class warfare and all income pays the same rate regardless of source. Stock market appreciation does not pay taxes on the gain until cashed out. Yet rising home values trigger higher taxes. How is this fair?
