I would say, even if his health does not hold that long, we should follow through and try him in any case, to clarify for our nation's healing the long list of crimes he did in fact commit. It will also enable a clear understanding (and consequences for) all those who enabled, supported and otherwise committed crimes associated with Trump.
As to his health, I neither wish for it to get better or worse, as it is going to be influenced more by his own choices than anything else, as far as it can be influenced at this stage in his life. I say, let him suffer the consequences of his choices, the sooner the better.
Personally, I am in favor of an impeachment, in February 2027, with ALL his crimes in the list (not just the ones with ABSOLUTE proof) from both terms... and all the other legitimate reasons for a president to be removed from power (14th amendment, section 3, Dementia, Bribery...) which will speed up the time to when we can put him back in criminal court, only this time he will not be a 'first time offender', so jail time is certain.
That man is obviously not fit to be president at all. He needs to be removed. In any other President or person in high office (like a General who's head of armed forces, maybe) this would be unacceptable. Why should Trump be given a pass? He not only looks physically ill but is obviously "not all there" mentally as well. There should be a way to "Court order" or supena his health records. After all, they are trying to remove every scrap of privacy from the American people, whether it's being pregnant or which bathroom you use. Why is the (supposedly) most important person in the US exempt from intrusions concerning his health. So one day he may just drop dead from mysterious causes? The American people have a right to know, and a note saying, "Hey! This guy is fine, perfectly healthy, nothing to see here" (even though everyone can see it) is not enough and should make us question the qualifications of his doctors. The idea of not calling out the problems as real and significant problems with anything less than 'Absolute Proof' is absurd, especially when Trump controls all access to the evidence. In any case Absolute Proof is just silly, as that level of proof is not always achievable in medical practice. They have tests, which usually give 'reasonable' aid in determining a medical course of action. Proof is limited to the actual evidence, not always the conclusions.
So call it out: His hands and his fat ankles indicate to a non-doctor (me) circulation problems. His sleeping in meetings, increasingly limited vocabulary, distractibility, increasing lack of emotional regulation, late night rage tweeting, poor memory, poor comprehension... indicates to me that his brain is not working very well.
There are genuine doctors that have expressed similar opinions with much more experience and specific knowledge of common conditions, but as a human, I can recognize when a human is not doing well. We should not be afraid to call an old man, under stress, in clearly failing health and with declining mental faculties to no longer being fit for the most important job in the world.
