I think a little hand swelling (which I don't see as normal) is much more serious in an 80 year old man. His health, like his taxes, has been virtually a secret. In any other President or person in high office (like a General who's head of armed forces, maybe) this would be unacceptable. Why should Trump be given a pass? He not only looks physically ill but is obviously "not all there" mentally as well. There should be a way to "Court order" or supena his health records. After all, they are trying to remove every scrap of privacy from the American people, whether it's being pregnant or which bathroom you use. Why is the (supposedly) most important person in the US exempt from intrusions concerning his health. So one day he may just drop dead from mysterious causes? The American people have a right to know, and a note saying, "Hey! This guy is fine, perfectly healthy, nothing to see here" (even though everyone can see it) is not enough and should make us question the qualifications of his doctors. In fact they seem so inept that they probably shouldn't be practicing medicine. Even Prince Charles told his people when he had Cancer. Enough of this farce, already!
Trump figured out that he can sue any doctor who breaks Doctor - Patient Confidentiality, and told them that to tell the people anything Trump does not agree to would trigger the suit. Hence Trump became 6' 3" and 245 lbs.
Plus Trump only has ever had his private physicians or those under his command as "Commander in Chief" of the armed forces.

So true. Maybe there needs to be a law that the President has to submit to a complete and accurate yearly physical given by a group of independent doctors (not someone that the President chooses). And there would be no threat of lawsuits unless they accidently cut something off.

There will need to be a lot of laws, and perhaps amendments passed after Trump is removed and we have a Democrat POTUS and Congress. Stuff can be done, and hopefully we will have the will to do it all.

What people don’t understand is that so the medication‘s for that affect the way the brain works. His brain never worked right because he has a brain of a narcissistic sociopath. This isn’t me bashing Trump. He was born to be the thing that he is. More guilty than Trump or other people that allowed him to get away with his crimes and then become leader of the free world. Trump can’t help what he is but the coward who kissed his ass and bowed to him or the true enemy.
Hoping and praying that what little is left of either his physical health or mental health totally crashes soon. The United States cannot afford to sink any deeper with this evil moronic criminal treasonous pedophile infesting our White House.

Since Trump controls access to all the medical evidence we do not see with out own eyes, it becomes HIS responsibility to release that information. The ONLY way to do that is by putting the burden of proof on him.
Simply ASSUME he is on deaths door, Severe Dementia, incapable of fulfilling his presidential duties and report it as such. If he has ACTUAL evidence from doctors that are not treating him as a patient (which evokes 'Patient-Doctor Confidentiality') but rather simply as Diagnosticians, then we would know. Assuming what is obvious is the most sure path to getting the actual evidence. Consider, what is more dangerous: To have a POTUS who is unfit to hold office, or to have the President accused of being unfit, and then given the opportunity to disprove it. We (collectively) did this to Biden, who then went on a string of events DEMONSTRATING his effective fitness, and too many (looking at you) STILL assumed he was unfit. Is this regret you are showing now? After doing it to Biden you don't want to do it to Trump?
We should ASSUME that when Trump is keeping stuff secret, it is because he is Guilty or Weak... and does not want us to know. We have his criminal track record to guide us on this.
This entire approach that is being taken of placing the burden of proof on the people with the least access to the pertinent information is bogus. The idea of not calling out the problems as real and significant problems with anything less than 'Absolute Proof' is absurd, especially when Trump controls all access to the evidence. In any case Absolute Proof is just silly, as that level of proof is not always achievable in medical practice. They have tests, which usually give 'reasonable' aid in determining a medical course of action. Proof is limited to the actual evidence, not always the conclusions.
So call it out: His hands and his fat ankles indicate to a non-doctor (me) circulation problems. His sleeping in meetings, increasingly limited vocabulary, distractibility, increasing lack of emotional regulation, late night rage tweeting, poor memory, poor comprehension... indicates to me that his brain is not working very well.
There are genuine doctors that have expressed similar opinions with much more experience and specific knowledge of common conditions, but as a human, I can recognize when a human is not doing well. We should not be afraid to call an old man, under stress, in clearly failing health and with declining mental faculties to no longer being fit for the most important job in the world.
Biden showed the way by stepping aside when his mental faculties were being significantly questioned. Just because Biden stepped aside does not mean he was worse than Trump is now, what it really means is that Biden has FAR more Honor, Integrity and a drive to SERVE than Trump will ever have.
Anyone who has been paying attention can see these as plain and simply facts, without need to qualify or 'trying to be fair' by taking both sides and finding the middle point. Reality does not care what people believe. We should be focused on talking about reality.

I agree. And would like to remind everyone that he was not eligible to run for the office he currently holds due to participation in an insurrection. The media should be clamoring about that oversight, but choose not to probably because of greed or racism or both.
The bruises on the back of his hands are from IVs! I have had hands that look just like that from chemo infusions. It don't mean he has cancer but it is evidence of a medical treatment! The very fact that we the people are being kept in the dark is a verification that he has a condition that requires IV treatments! That does NOT REQUIRE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO EXPLAIN! The question is what treatment is he receiving! I'd guess it's a dementia slowing treatment which clearly IS NOT HELPING.
Mr projector told us when he went on a rant and wanted to sue Harris because he said she "hid Biden's health issues from Americans." He already knew his own health issues even before he ran for a second term in 2024 and planned to do that himself. Mystery solved.
I worry about his health. For I wonder how it affects how he runs this country.
