WTF happened to Trump’s Epstein list?
Trump’s team can’t explain what happened to the long-promised Epstein client list, casting doubt on years of MAGA conspiracy claims
MAGA is in full cognitive meltdown mode over the Epstein list. For years, they’ve said Trump would release the list, expose high-profile offenders, and deliver long-awaited accountability. But now, some of the very people who claimed the list existed—like Pam Bondi and Kash Patel—are contradicting themselves. Bondi now says there’s no list. Patel still insists there is. Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba says there are flight logs and names that will come out. The story keeps shifting.
At the same time, Trump is asked about releasing the documents, and instead of calling for transparency, his first instinct is to deny involvement. So now, MAGA is left in an awkward position. If Trump was supposed to be the one who would expose it all, why does the momentum seem to have vanished? Why are the claims being walked back? And is it possible—just possible—that Trump is the one blocking the release of this information? It’s a question that, for many of his supporters, is too uncomfortable to even consider.
