More Republicans are beginning to turn on Donald Trump, with Rand Paul emerging as the latest to criticize him. Paul condemned Trump’s remarks about executing drug dealers and took aim at the recent U.S. bombing of boats off the coast of Venezuela. In response, Trump reportedly excluded Paul from a recent luncheon, showing once again that loyalty is valued over truth in this adminstration.
Donald Trump continues to fail at living up to his campaign promises. His tariffs are raising prices, mass deportations are harming the economy, and his tax cuts are increasing the deficit. Programs like Social Security and Medicare are now at risk. These are the predictable consequences of Trump’s bad policy ideas.
American farmers are suffering under Trump’s trade war with China. Soybean exports have collapsed, and other sectors like pork and dairy are struggling. Despite claims that no president has supported farmers more, many are losing markets and income as Brazil and Argentina fill the gaps. Trump continues to present himself as a champion of agriculture, but his policies treat farmers as props for photo ops and rallies.
Trump’s claim to champion American farmers is collapsing. Importing Argentinian beef and zero soybean exports to China have angered farmers. These actions distort markets and harm domestic producers. Even Republicans such as Thomas Massie are calling Trump a sellout. By prioritizing optics and short-term fixes over U.S. agriculture, Trump has alienated loyal voters and left long-term market damage.
Mike Lindell, the MyPillow CEO and loyal Trump ally, faces the potential collapse of his business. After losing a defamation case tied to false election claims, he has days left to appeal but cannot afford it. What was once a symbol of entrepreneurship has become a cautionary tale about how conspiracy obsession can destroy a business and harm employees.
Finally, red states continue to fall behind economically. States like Mississippi, Alabama, and West Virginia slash taxes for the wealthy, cut education and healthcare, and reject federal support. Meanwhile, blue states invest in schools, healthcare, and infrastructure and continue to thrive.

In my rural Iowa community we are down to just two frayed and faded Trump flags and I have not seen a MAGA cap in months.
If Medicare is lost, I want my $400,000.00 dollars I contributed back.
