The tweet was quickly deleted, highlighting a Trump-era pattern of starting with a conclusion and finding supporting data regardless of accuracy.
Dr. Mehmet Oz appeared on Newsmax to discuss the flu, emphasizing sleep, nutrition, sunlight, vitamin D, zinc, and exercise while downplaying the vaccine. These tips support general health but add little extra protection for people who are already healthy. The flu vaccine remains the most effective way to prevent hospitalizations, especially in severe seasons.
Donald Trump has been sending frantic fundraising emails warning that Democrats will “steal” checks and give them to immigrants. The emails rely on fear, fake deadlines, and exaggerated claims rather than real policy ideas. They promise unlikely tariff checks and tie donations to recurring payments.
Over the holiday weekend, Trump reposted hundreds of messages on Truth Social, including at least 17 from accounts outside the U.S. posing as MAGA supporters. Many promoted election fraud claims and political talking points. Boosting these foreign accounts creates a bubble of apparent support and reinforces Trump’s grievance-driven beliefs.
Caroline Sunshine’s “Trump is Daddy” comment shows the cult-like dynamics in parts of the MAGA movement. By framing Trump as a paternal authority who controls resources and punishes disobedience, followers are infantilized and authoritarian logic becomes normalized.
Megyn Kelly defended Trump by arguing his personal misconduct doesn’t matter if he delivers politically. She downplayed decades of documented sexual misconduct and framed it as minor “handsy” behavior. Trump’s disregard for consent, truth, and accountability runs from his private life into his presidency.
Tomi Lahren criticized Joe Biden for being on vacation even though he’s an 83-year-old retired president with advanced cancer. Biden’s vacation is framed as scandalous, while Trump’s constant golfing in office is normalized. Lahren’s take reflects cruelty and partisanship rather than accountability and basic humanity.
Finally, Karl Rove warns that Republican fatigue with Trump is spreading to his own base, particularly young men. Trump’s hyperbolic rhetoric, obsession with revenge, and failure to deliver promised outcomes are wearing supporters down. Rove going public signals concern and highlights the challenge for Republicans in motivating a disillusioned and fatigued base heading into 2026.

Megan Kelly's comments about the ORANGE ASSHOLE'S criminal misconduct are inexcusable! In the past,a President's misconduct got one President to resign in disgrace ( Nixon) and others were forced to back down from what they were planning!
