While Our Country needs food, fuel, housing that is affordable, rent that doesn't take what the average Senior Citizens gets in their monthly check.

All the oil everywhere should be used to better the country that has it and to help those that do not. Norway has it right. Create a sovereign wealth fund for the good of the nation and not just those who have the leases.
Our national oil reserve is low. As part of those leases, oil companies should be obligated to keep that reserve full as it benefits them.
