Donald Trump could be financially benefiting from the Iran war through rising oil prices and a controversial Venezuelan oil arrangement. By escalating the conflict, global shipping was disrupted and oil prices spiked. The Trump administration reportedly took control of Venezuelan oil exports after capturing Nicolas Maduro. This created a revenue stream that grows more valuable as prices rise.
Trump also attacked California Governor Gavin Newsom over his dyslexia, claiming it made him unfit to be president. Experts note dyslexia does not affect intelligence or leadership, and many successful people have it. Meanwhile, Trump has a history of verbal mistakes and ignores written briefings.
Senator Rick Scott admitted gas prices will remain high, exposing a political problem for Republicans. Gas has surged over 30 percent following the Iran war, contradicting Trump’s claims that prices would quickly fall. Scott’s admission undercuts the Republican narrative that inflation is a Democratic problem.
In Georgia, Democrat Shawn Harris led the first round of the special election for Marjorie Taylor Greene’s former seat with 37 percent to Republican Clay Fuller’s 35 percent, forcing a runoff. This district is heavily conservative, but Harris ran a strong campaign, appealing to moderates and raising over $4 million. Even with Trump’s endorsement, Fuller could not clear 50 percent.
Joe Rogan’s stance on Trump is mixed. He recognizes that Trump betrayed his supporters, particularly on the Iran war and deportations, and he shares that with his audience. While he may help some Trump supporters see broken promises, his influence is mixed because of his continued promotion of false claims and his heavily right-wing guest list.
Trump delivered a rambling speech to congressional Republicans, who responded with the synchronized applause of trained seals as he made wildly inaccurate claims about inflation, the economy, and crime. Between confusing statements on voter ID, gender-affirming care, and immigration, Republican lawmakers were reportedly left stunned.
Finally, Rand Paul stands out among Republicans for his principled positions on civil liberties, fiscal responsibility, and war. He criticized U.S. overextension militarily, questioned the Iran war’s justifications, and highlighted the enormous cost of the military budget. Paul argued that humanitarian concerns do not justify perpetual intervention abroad, especially with crises like healthcare, hunger, and housing at home.

The thought of this makes me so sick that he would start a war to bring up oil prices to line his own pockets at the expense of our military & cost of so many lives
So...this comes as a surprise? Everything he does is a part of his genetic SCAM gene. For Don Bone Spurs, service men and women, like John McCain are 'loosers' and those captured are 'cowards...I prefer winners' so he says. Now to deflect fron Epstein he is sending our brave service people into yet another Republican engineered war.
